Oh sweet dear lord I have been fearing this fight like bees...and I fucking HATE bees (part of the reason I don't uses Risky Honey but whatever...)!
I used a folder I haven't used before called Einherjar's Judgment, where spamming paralysing chips is VITAL!!! Here are the chips are set up

I replaced sensor with the chips needed for Body Guard, for Sensor Chips have sickening lag, and Body Guard is far more helpful. F-Beast isn't hard really. He comes off as being a bit on the lunatic side with his movements, but the attacks are easy to see coming. Note that his claws swipe first Long Sword range, then Wide Sword. There's some lag on the claw swipes, so sword chips are very helpful. Like Falzer, with reflect chips, he's easy to counter hit. Don't waste Beast Out on him for you next have to face the being that summoned him, Bass!
But not just ANY bass oh no no no! You thought Bass GS, and Bass SP was difficult? I'd take them over this beast! He has no Dark Arm Blade, Chaos Nightmare, or Darkness Overload, so that's relief. But don't relax just yet! The Shooting buster is LITERALLY impossible to dodge! You can avoid the DarkSword with some consistency-the only time it hits is when I want it to, to trigger Anti damage, or BodyGuard.
But he didn't use ANY of those here! I could've sworn he uses those attacks in his BX form! He still has his Dark Wheels of Dewm,but now depending on your version, he will summon either the Cybeast to do either Gust of Falzar(Gregar Vers.), or Breath of Gregar(Falzar vers.), which is essentially, like Bass GS all over again.
I beast Out, then Beast over,but the fucker, STILL survives! DAMMIT BASS!!! Body Guard saved. my. ass. I thought Bass SP was my most epic fight, but THIS takes the cake!
I got the fuck out of there, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Colonel SP is roaming around Underground 2, and did not want to see him(even though I am pretty sure I didn't fight his EX form, and I have a few Full Energies)!
