Yes, and ironically Einstein was a Socialist / Communist, he wrote an article "Why Socialism". Though that makes sense, since the USSR couldn't care less about Socialism and was as a disguise of the Russian Empire (which invaded the whole eastern Europe with its army installing "communist" regimes - puppets of Russia).
This has King Kong energy. Top tier actors combined with a goofy as hell plot LMAO. I still can't believe how they convinced all these Emmy and Oscar winners to act in a game that, without context, looks like an adult film intro LMAO.
It was nice that they hired so many people. I feel they should have put that money into making their game good to anyone but the die hard fans. Red alert sucked. I mean Tim curry is the only thing most people remember about this game... We will go to the one place capitalism has not reached... SPACE! hes amazing
It still blows my mind that humanity was blessed with a scene featuring not only Peter Stormare, but George Takai and Tim Curry! We may never get another perfect storm of awesomeness like this ever again.
I love this era of EA. For those of you who don't know EA's Ceo from 2007-2013 was a John Riccitiello who previously work as the director at Häagen-Dazs. Yes the Ice cream company. He was just spending EA's money left and right. He paid for a Dante's Inferno animated movie , Dead space movie , mass effect movie, Dead space novels, comic books , even Battlefield got tie in novels for some reason. Sure it wasn't good but I would rather have this EA back rather then what came after.
Tim Curry looks like he was having so much fun in this. Hell even when he rolled his eyes when they mentioned not having nukes he makes it look like "Aww... #### that's right... No nukes. Dammit."
So glad this was recommended to me. I still play this game to date. Such a great RtS game and the cut scenes were so over the top and funny with an awesome cast 👌
@@WillyShep1966 Curry said they were in 1927. Einstein went back to kill Hitler in '24. Let's just assume that Einstein made a new timeline, and therefore what he did is the new baseline and Hitler was already dead by then... Maybe... yknow I probably better not think too much about it. Time travel always gives me headaches. XD
Imagine what if Soviets fought Nod brotherhood instead: Moskvin: “We’re under attack!” Dasha: “By who?!” (A bald guy suddenly appeared on the TV) Kane: “If I’m cut, do I not bleed.”
Thing is Red Alert 1 Allied Victory Leads into the Regular C&C Timline. But that's if Kane Exists and is with the Soviets. If Kane does not exist then the Allied Victory leads into Red Alert 2.
That got me thinking. Kane was advising Stalin in RA1. Surely he was "somewhere" during RA2 and ofcourse had to be somewhere during Ra3, got no idea when RA3 takes place, lets say its a decade before 1995. I guess Kane was busy building the Brotherhood. :)
Tim Curry is a legend. So sad he's had so many health problems in these last few years. Really wish he had gotten some sort of cameo in the new It movies. He was cheated.
Naturally only he could do it. If it was someone else theyd be like, why didnt they hire an actual russian. Its why Acting should never be "politically correct" He could do anything imo on screen and I would never have anything bad to say about him. Even muppet Treasure island was great, though i still cant watch Rocky horror picture show, I still say he was the best person they could have gotten.
You're making it sound like the Russians are most powerful but the time has been altered and now they take place of the Russians are you dumb? The U.S. is the most powerful.
If you hadn't yet then you should check out command and conquer generals as well as the zero hour dlc it's literally like what you are saying except the Japanese is replaced with china
@@HufflepuffBaseball42313 oh great, now I need a Time Machine and a High School Sweetheart Love Potion. guess I better get started…longest journey starts with one step and all that.
As a 16 year old kid i loved playing this, but i was later dissapointed, because only 6 misions has each campaign, boring story, having a co-op player beside you. Red alert 2 and Yuri's revenge will forever be best part of the series.
Looks like Cherdenko turned Japan into Far East's Outer Heaven. (I must admit that I made a bad reference to Metal Gear series, created by Hideo Kojima.)
"We don't even know if it works!" "If what works?" "My ... my tie machine! It makes ties. Beautiful, beautiful ties. Neckties, bowties, Mississippi string ties, cravats, and so much more!"
"YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO MAKE A *TIME* MACHINE! T-I-M-E! FOR TRAVELING THROUGH TIME!" "Oh. Oooooooohhhhhh... that would have made much more sense, I did always wonder."
