I love Damon's love for Stefan. The entire episode you can just see him trying to figure out where Stefan is at, offering human blood, leaving it with him to see what he will do, and then finally figuring out that Stefan has completely sworn it off at this point. He then decides to be the one to be the one to turn Abby despite Stefan losing the coin toss because he doesn't want his brother to have that guilt. I breaks my heart that he is so broken with regards to how he sees himself, feeling like he is the better bad guy because no one will ever see him as anything else anyway, and like he is just supposed to play second fiddle to his brother for the rest of eternity, but yeah... a beautiful sacrifice nonetheless 🧡

QUESTION: The spinoff, "The Originals" begins towards the end of the fourth season of The Vampire Diaries. I was wondering if you were planning on reacting to that show on this channel as well. If you are, do you plan on watching both shows at the same time and stick to the timeline or completely finish The Vampire Diaries and then move onto The Originals?

I love and again love your reflections on the various characters in the 😍😍 series, even I would prefer Damon to be a little more proud of women and to care more about his reputation and image by ceasing to be an emotional illusionist. self-proclaimed being the bad guy and letting others see these but this is Damon and on the one hand I love this particular about him is his way of sacrificing himself and doing something for his brother, he keeps that brother keeps the image of a good guy while he continues to damn his soul. And the thing I love most about this sacrifice of his is that despite this it hurts him he remains humble and does not make Stefan feel bad about it like Stefan instead does it with him when he saves his life and neither shows how much he suffers but opts for sarcasm. and lightness while Stefan lives in drama. I also love that you noticed how Damon loves equally and gives both equal importance to Elena and Stefan and how he experiences inner conflicts this season between his love for his brother and the woman he loves the way he wants Elena but he also wants his brother to know that he is wrong as his brother's girlfriend and for this, despite hurting him, he pushes her towards his brother at times he tries to conquer her, a selfish yes but also a great altruist. Damon has always done the dirty work he always threw himself into good and bad, he takes risks, he dares, he is bossy and he does not get lost in chattering where he should be he would have been perfect in character if he were less impulsive and more proud to succeed better in his plans . Damon Salvatore a character who love him or hate him, gorgeous in his complex character.

I doubt this was a serious question, but... There is a video on RU-vid on why some animals can't be domesticated. It mentions that cheetahs can't reproduce in captivity. And zebras are much too aggressive. Likely we tried to do a lot of animals before horses but they were the only ones friendly enough and easy to care for. Also it has to do with reproduction, elephants don't mature until they are 14 years old and stay pregnant for almost 2 years. Whereas horses are sexually mature at 12-15 MONTHS old and the pregnancy lasts almost 1 year. They are also easy for us to feed. Many generations of breeding can happen during a human lifespan. So likely a bunch of animals were tried before we stumbled on horses.
