Yeah, I even wonder if he feels bad with Daryl. He's definitely not considering them friends ever since Daryl went insane and tried to kill him, but I wonder if he felt close to that man, as with a lot of the other coworkers mentioned in random dialog. He does confirm that he wishes he wasn't a werewolf in some of the collectible descriptions too, sad thing.

@coolepic519 Yeah, they definitely had some kind of friendship for sure, though Daryl seems to start getting aggressive towards Kyle when his eyes start going sideways, so he likely stopped being friends with Kyle long before he went in for it, but Kyle was probably still considering him a friend up until Daryl tried to murder him. Kyle barely even tries to reason with him at that rate.

And on the last stage, the workers actually took a step ahead. As one of the messes Kyle has to clean while Being chased by Darryl, Is In the bathrooms. As the workers presumably revolted agaisnt the CEO and murdered him on the process.

Kinda wish there was...if I were to write a secret ending for a no-kills run, it would be as follows: The ending proceeds as normal, until Daryl falls from the rope. Instead of letting him hit the pavement, Kyle catches Daryl, saving his life. While Daryl is in his arms, Kyle says "I remember when we were friends, Daryl. Before the CEO lost his mind and started making us work nights. The ironic thing is, even though everyone else was driven mad, somehow I made it through this week without hurting anyone. And you were the only one that had seen me. Please, Daryl, is there any way I can convince you to stop trying to hunt me down, or turn me in? I just want things to go back to how they used to. There's not gonna be any more nights after this week anyway, another worker killed the CEO. It wasn't me, I swear!" In response Daryl says "You lied to me...all these years. You know my ancestors were monster hunters, right? I thought it was all hoopla when my parents told me...but this is like the REVERSE of learning Santa ain't real. It means things really do go bump in the night, Kyle...AND YOU'RE ONE OF THEM! Those stories my parents told me...scared me when I was a kid. Now what am I supposed to think? That my ancestors killed possibly innocent people?! No, no...not people. BEINGS. A BEING is what I would call you. If you want me to stop, it'd have to be a REALLY good reason! Otherwise, on the honor of my ancestors, I'll die trying!" Kyle changes his expression from one of pleading melancholy, to that of a dark and grim determination. "Very well then. You leave me no choice..." Kyle tosses Daryl, who lands face first on the pavement. Daryl picks himself up on his hands and knees, and begins to cry while trembling in fear. "I-I knew it. You really are a m-monster. I-it's all over for more me, and I'm in no position to make requests, but...if our friendship meant anything to you, p-please...just make it quick." Kyle bites Daryl's @$$, and immediately lets go. After Daryl is done howling in pain, Kyle says "I hope mutually assured destruction is a good enough reason for you, Daryl. See you tomorrow." He then turns, and walks home. The scene fades to black, and then a door opens to a dark room. A wolf man is silhouetted in the doorway. The werewolf turns the light on, but instead of wearing a cleaning outfit, they're wearing a security outfit, and has a moustache. He looks down at his furry arms... "Welp...shoot," Daryl says defeated, through his new wolf muzzle...

I wish there was. Maybe if the game gets updated or gets DLC, there would be a way to save Daryl, maybe as a 100% reward? Idk

@TarsonTalon I kind of a had a similar idea, but Daryl being turned into a werewolf would be a funny way to do this. I imagine it'd be done through dialog boxes on pictures if it did happen, but it'd be good karmic retribution for Daryl to get turned into a werewolf, and henceforth, get to feel sympathy with Kyle, even if it maybe ends up being justification for custom levels or something.

ideas - secret/pacifist route unlocks new game mechanics: Using Daryl security controls lock off victims from seeing Kyle, additional week level or if Kyle kills someone and day 7 he finds a way to get through the elevator (going through Daryl's office and pressing the button), there would be another 7 days of work but this time Daryl will continue to hunt you down with more traps and messes end game would be either him/them leaving the company or killing/turning the visiting CEO on the 14th day
