The Charlie that prop Joe proposes to Marlo was real remember they found the files in his house and said Charlie but man ran a day before the raids ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-OmW1qV4fPts.htmlsi=jiZGAYmsXOPgML7v
lol I repeat, when jay is talking to bunk about a "Charlie Berman whom escaped the indictment a year before" the scene is subtly implying that Charlie Berman never existed. which is the sole purpose of them revealing this POST PROP JOE DEATH. (logic.) ALSO; a person can be indicted without ever being seen, which mcnulty suggest about Avon in season 1 before the ball game.) you only need 'THEIR VOICE", hence the shows name. THE WIRE. (logic). But as I elude to.. this doesn't hinder Prop Joe due to access to information & ability to change HIS VOICE. (use logic)
And I respect it, I knew a true wire fan would possibly use this scene as a rebuttal before I dropped my next video. Lol I already revealed too much insight. But 4real.. if you add my explanation along with my video, what makes more sense..? That Charlie Berman NEVER existed like Charlie Sollers❓ or that Charlie Berman was real we just Never saw him❓
@@AMansWorldPodcast actually that’s a good point prop joes does change his code via phone to pry for information as well as to mislead others and it’s also true you can be indicted without being seen maybe he did make him up to get Marlo in on the Co op. This makes me want to see if the co op ever helps anyone with the perks he proposed to Marlo such as avoiding jail or court etc.
East side will always be more dignified and diplomatic. It’s about location and access. East Baltimore contains waterfront property. Think about all the money and privilege that comes from those type of areas. They grew up seeing real money and how real money moved. West side guys are the definition of inner city. They hear about it but it’s not in them (Stringer Bell). Joe was all about it and knew how to stay out the way, knew how to not talk like a drug dealer, and knew how to clean his money like a real business man. It’s what he’s seen. West side is pure savagery (Marlo) and you can only lead them so far
I think my favorite part about the show was the moment when I realized Stringer and Mcnulty were parallels. I can't remember which order it was but it was when Jay was telling Rawls about how Mcnulty was the smartest man in the room and then when Stringer and Avon are together and Avon tells Stringer about not being smart enough. Because that's honestly how it was. Stringer's the smartest man in the room of people who didn't know there were radio stations outside of Baltimore. That doesn't mean you're smart. That means you're smart in THAT room. Soon as you leave that room you're donion rings man. Both of them got played by people smarter and higher up in a game than they were all while thinking they were smarter than anyone else around them. I absolutely adore this show man. So many lessons you can learn and things to notice out of it if you're paying attention.
nah -- yo this is a fkn movie. ayoooo nah man.. you wrote a beautiful essay, while showing us the documentary through your eyes…a show we’ve all dissected to the moon and back& you out here just bringing the fans mad joy
@@AMansWorldPodcastyou have been sorely MISSED! I see the notification, I click, it’s that simple! Thank you for always bring top tier content and perspective…❤🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
I drive around in a front end loader for 12 hours a day. I think I'm on the 6th time going through your wire commentary. Unbelievable breakdowns! You're very good at what you do. No commentary on any other show comes even close to how good you are. Thank you and keep up the good work
Another brilliant character analysis. Now, you’ve got to do a follow up of how Joe got too smart for his own good and got caught up in his own web of lies. Then, tell us what he should’ve done to avoid being defeated by Marlo. Because as we’ve seen with both him and Stringer, being smart is not enough.
Do they award Emmys for RU-vid shows? Because I swear, the quality, the accuracy, the thought-provoking perspectives, the imagery, the score, the narration, and the method in which you deliver that narration is, BY FAR, the BEST on RU-vid and is comparable to those docuseries that are on Netflix! I am beyond impressed! It's like you have an entire studio complete with a production team! Keep it up, Aki! As Salaamu Alaikum wa Rahmantullah
Bro, you left us hanging. Nothing on the community tab at least. Glad you're back. I hope all is good with you. 💯 And that's why this channel is a necessity! You bring out the subtle details to the surface. i.e. The names Prop Joe used on that phonecall; I missed that; The name "Charlie" on those documents he gave to Marlo. The same tactic used on Stringer THREE times! You dissected the topic like a seasoned surgeon!!!👌🏾 For real, glad you back bro! Take care out there! 💯💯
You bodied this jawn. The "Charlie" was right in front of us and you pulled it out and dissected the concept to perfection and a lot of us didn't pay attention enough to peep the "Charlie" propaganda. You separate yourself from all other commentators on The Wire every time you drop something. Glad to have you back!
Bro we respect your content and narrating. Please take your time, story telling like this requires that. Can’t wait for the women of the wire ideology 💯
Damn bro I clicked on this video so fast when I saw the notification. Happy to see the boul still alive and breathing my dawg. You got the realest content on youtube. Much respect from Detroit. Keep this shit going bro you the Goat when it comes to this shit.
@@adamstevens829 I already know Power isn’t on par with The Wire but Power can still be broken down well. Snowfall getting shaky in the final seasons doesn’t have anything to do with it either
Naw bro need to just keep doing what he doing with the Wire but the one he did on Game of thrones was cool to even though I don't watch that show and Snowfall mad corny 😂 season 1 alright but that jawn got faker and faker by the season 😮💨
@@Byron-mz7ex yeah dude don’t understand what he doing is a testament to how good and detailed the wire writing was and not just some show recap. Power and Snowfall aren’t that intricate
@@adamstevens829 Hell yeah I must admit he got skill with analyzing the wire I be like wow 😳 I never thought of that 🧐 And I'm a huge wire fan I don't even talk to people who never watched the show we can't be friends 😅
Hands down, you the absolute best at what you do. Leaving us begging for more Wire videos hosted by you. A Man's World production is made the best quality ever seen. You make us Wire fans so much smarter and awear. You are so damn kool and smart. Thanks lil brother.
The stringer slander has to stop lol😂. Just kidding another fire video like always. I actually agree with you. We really need to do a video together my brother.
My family is annoyed about how much till this day I watch the wire and how I can run down every episode and quotable in the show I watch your perspective and you give in-depth angles and scenarios that makes me feel I never watch the show You are the GOAT!!! Much respect can’t wait to see your next 1
Im literally the biggest wire fan EVER. And i dont be respecting people breakdowns. With that said, despite differing on a few topics, Any REAL Wire fan knows where to come for the best breakdowns of the wire! Makes it even more dope youre from my city! Welcome Back! Don't leave us bro, we need your content. 💪🏾
yo king. you actually real shit my fav youtuber. you make movies. you got the feel for the damn storytelling-you got a way w words. it’s literally an auto watch when you drop. keep grinding. shit and i work in tv and can definitely see you expanding and expanding w your audience and, frankly, very very unique storytelling ability.
I gotta say, man, that "creating a Charlie" story was dope. Now I was on to how Clay and the big white dude were playing Stringer with the Chunky Coates character, but I was not aware that Prop Joe made up Charlie Sollers. I figured Prop knew the game like that, because he knows everything, lol. He's always around with his ear to the street. He's always in other people's business. So that one blew me away, and it makes sense.
As a guy from South Philly as well, or The P as we refer to it as. I hope all is well with you Swartz, no bs. It aint even bout the content my boy, we just want to know you're good.
Finally! I don't know what you do in life (I hope all is good and well!) but I'm glad you posted again! Was thinking about when there'd be another one of your video
Just here to say it again - The guy that terrorized Bubbles/Sherrod (Season 4) is the SAME guy that stopped Freamon (Season 1) as he went into the boxing gym and got the poster of Avon. "Got Blue Tops...lookin fa Blues??"
If you wanna be honorable study omar, and bunk if you wanna be slick with your words study prop joe and clay davis. I love how the show has so many parallels that if you pay attention which is golden story telling and character development
