*FYI* ANYTHING YOU THINK YOU MISS WITH "THE CAMERAMAN (aka Paul) INTERRUPTING" IS REPEATED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AFTERWARDS - YOU MISS NOTHING AT ALL! These videos would not be as entertaining if he wasn't keeping me animated & actually helps me get through these sessions by creating levity! He is an Evil bugger but lets not pick on him :) ALSO THIS WAS THE FIRST SESSION ON MY FEET AND HAVE REHAB TO DO BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS TO ENSURE THE INITIAL CAUSE (flat foot, bad ankles, poor mechanics etc) OF THE PROBLEM IS ALSO FIXED AND THE RESULT MAINTAINED..... Lex Fitness us American's have to hear through the accents first...so your buddy doesn't make it any easier. Honest review of someone who has similar feet issues and just wants to learn. Thandeka Nkambule I thought more on it and was able to empathize with Lex. I think he means he would have been miserable due to the pain without his buddy there to bust his balls about it. And maybe feels his lack of "animation" would cause for a bad video...more specifically a video that isn't entertaining. But there really isn't anything about this situation that should be entertaining. It's someone going through agony in order to correct a health issue. Imo this is an educational video, no need for antics. But if he is running an entertainment channel (because they tend to be more financially beneficial) ...well then cameraman ain't going anywhere 😂

And when they massage those pain Points they try to get it in the right Position where it Was before. And it hurts a lot. Its like Beating fire with fire. Pain against pain, but it helps

if you ever need to resist any kind of pain, just think about this: "Pain is the way the human body tells the brain something is wrong, therefore its nothing more than a way to send a message to the brain, thats why its so hard to resist it" I"ve made this technique myself and its very very very useful.

You realize that most of the time when fighting , you're hopped up on endorphins and adrenaline so you don't end up feeling most of the damage. This is probably far more painful than fighting in all honesty.

1. Wear wide shoes 2. Get better arch support in your shoes 3. Stop wearing slippers at home and wear sandals with an arch support instead 4. Wear socks designed to reduce friction and add cushion 5. Wear a protective pad to reduce pressure on the bunion 6. Use a toe separator 7. Ice the bunion for at least 10 minutes every night 8. Use a topical pain-relief gel over the bunion 9. Bunion Splints 10. Consider surgery to fix the bunion for good

@@dhare07 Not an expert.. but the guy (chiropractist?) mentioned fascia in the feet being tight. If prevention is what you want, do some movement with your feet daily, toes and all, if you can’t any kind of massaging also works. Tight fascia usually happens when the body part doesn’t move much (too much clenching or relaxing), it sort of become tangled and hardened, can also happen with oversupination and pronation. If you are born with flat feet and that is what caused the problem, you might wanna go to a podiatrist to get it fixed That’s all i know, wish you for a good health! ^^

I once called my physical therapist a bitch and a huge cunt in a single sitting while she bore down on rather painful triggerpoints in my glutes medius. Difference being that the "treatment rooms" were seperated by curtains. All the other therapists collectively laughed and one said something along the line "again caroline?". But she was a great therapist and helped me fix a few problems along the way.

The ends of your limbs have more nerves, ever wonder why when you jump from a somewhat high place sometimes you get that jolt of pain throughout your body? There was a form of torture that involved someone barefoot getting smacked with bamboo on their feet, they’d pass out from the pain.. I don’t remember where exactly I read this but nonetheless it’s crazy lol

This probably hurts more since when they fight, they got adrenaline going for em. Example is when Jon Jones broke his toe thumb against Chael Sonnen, he didn't feel it or notice it after the fight. He just notice it when the adrenaline wears off in the interview and you can see the pain in his face.

Cost depends on who you see about it and the area you're in. Chiro can go anywhere from $65-90/session-usually 15 mins, but you can book extended visits. Massage anywhere from $90-140/hour. Not sure about podiatrist. These are prices I've seen in in Canada, west coast.

WOMAN HERE who hardly ever wore high heels 👠 👠 . It is more of a genetic thing my mom and grandfather also had. I had both bunions “fixed” along with three hammer toes. I wear prescribed orthodics and 98% of the time athletic shoes. What has helped my inflammation and pain the MOST is eating a clean ketogenic diet. I had no idea it would help. I started it three years ago for my liver which was becoming a NAFL. ☹️
