Taking Magnesium close to my bedtime has been a game changer for me. I stopped taking melatonin when I did my blood work and sensitivity test. Highly recommend this to any beginner when it comes to knowing what’s going on with your body
This is me. I’m a nurse. People who work at night gain weight. I gained weight and my A1C went up. I’m actively working to get both down-no more night shifts, taking Mg, having a regular sleep schedule, morning light, yadda yadda yadda.
Yep, that's my experience. I've done rotating shiftwork for over 20 years and in that time gained a lot of weight. Gotta get the hell out of this lifestyle.
