What gets me is that, what the guy pulls out of the box is a starter motor. At this point in the show, Brock's Charger still has its original engine, so knowing him it's probably a 440 or a Hemi, either way one of the RB blocks. You can get a starter off of anything for that, either from 381s or from junk motor-homes with the later, post-'72 RBs. You don't need to go to Tijuana and play strip-poker with a room full of tough guys for it....

I think the funniest part of this skit is the fact that Brock Samson is playing cards and knife fighting for an alternator for a Dodge '69 Charger, which actually wasn't exclusive to the Charger and was practically universal for all of Dodge's vehicles of the time. He could have gone to a junkyard and pried the part off of any Dodge vehicle from the 60s to 70s and it would have been identical. No, he did all this just to prove a point.
