Because his father helped him turn from a talented rider into a great driver and his mother saw the importance of it, Max was able to realize his dream. Because of this, the love for his father, mother and sister is enormous. And the journey to the top together with his father is something they both cherish. What a journey.

The gas station situation is a bit more nuanced than this video tells it. He came back for him before his mom showed up. He never intended to leave him there but wanted to make a point. I had tough love parenting and I’m glad I did.
