ooohweeee. I just made these cinnamon roll pancakes and my goodness they are amazing. People, if you cant lose weight eating like this, you are doing something wrong. Been following this diet for the last 2 years and have lost over 60 pounds and have put on a ton of muscle. As someone who has tried just about every diet under the sun, I can confidently say this is the best and most effective diet of all time. Is there a trick to these I’m missing? The flavor is spot on. The texture is so grainy. Not sure if it was supposed to be like that or cooked too long or what. I cooked them like normal pancakes
I too travelled the past couple weeks, so it's back on track and back to your recipes after that brief "hiatus". Even though I wasn't strict the past two weeks, coming back to your recipes doesn't seem like a "diet". It's still the same foods, just better ingredients to meet my macros. Just as yummy, just better for us.

Rem you've truly changed my whole perspective on dieting. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I've managed to lose weight a couple different times in the past, but ultimately ended up gaining the weight back at some point. Following the anabolic diet has most certainly solved that issue because you can literally eat whatever you want if you follow a few rules. Thank you boss! 💪

And holy heck that can be tricky, all your recipes are helping me so much man. I no longer consider my "eating-style" even to be a diet. Great recipe but question about the carbs. Video says 15 carbs for entire recipe but when I added recipe to my food tracker I got 55 carbs! I don't care but my wife is diabetic and she does. Seems the Swerve and protein powder have the carbs.....
These are fire. If you want to take them to the next level use Ghost Cinnabon whey. They literally taste like the 2000 calorie cinnamon roll pancakes from Cheesecake Factory

There's still people out there that don't believe cutting carbs out and losing weight is due to a calorie deficit and not actually cutting the carb out itself lol.

Not sure how he got his macros. I put in everything in the MyFitnessPal and got 560 in calories and 65 grams of protein 🤔 can somebody help me figure this out?
