Fish in general gets way too little attention on barbecue channels. It's all about wagyu and dry aging steaks these days.

correct me if i'm wrong here, but if you did this with a regular brisket end it wouldn't turn out as enjoyable. Because of all the connective tissue. So would have to be wagyu

Roel, I'm 10 hours into a 20 hour road trip and I've had 3 taco bell tacos, nothing else in the last 48 hours....this video was pure torture and I love you for it😂. You should so some wild game jalapeno candy poppers on the smoker next!

Where are you from? Where I live, the case is quite the opposite. I use my knife and fork in the same Way as these guys, but I am not left handed

The European or Canadian way is to cut with your dominant hand but eat with your other hand (usually left). In the USA, it’s the opposite. Cut with your right and switch the fork back to the right and eat that way. Not as efficient :)

1959 my family came to Canada and there was not much money to feed us but there was always stampot with potatoes, kidney beans, onions and sometimes carrots or whatever my father could find. My father befriended a butcher who would give him scraps of pork which were rendered down and we could pour it over the stampot sizzling hot and never did we go to bed hungry. My friends don't understand and won't try it but more for me.

Fry potato skins in oil and butter. Soft, not crispy. Cut into fine strips and mash into the potato. Delicious.

Inderdaad, de mindere stukken rund kunnen geweldige steaks zijn. Ik heb een Turkse supermarkt beneden. Als je de Bijbel van GertJan gelezen hebt weet je wat je ziet. Het ligt er als stoofvlees, maar is een smakelijke steak. En als je twijfelt, gewoon doen met een back-up. Duitse biefstuk. De steaks terug de pot in en pulled beef! Het kan niet mis gaan. Hooguit je plannen even bijstellen. Maar met een beetje mazzel eet je voor een paar euro als een koning!

If you love your mashed potatoes, you should try using white potatoes and sweet potatoes mixed.I started doing it for my wife because she had some medication once that made potatoes taste funny to her and it never wore off.You get the texture of the white potatoes with some flavour of the sweet potatoes, it's delicious.

I have seen several videos of waygu or dry aged brisket and everyone always says "I can't believe how tender this is" and I have always wondered why no one tried to cut steaks out of it. Look, I know ill catch some crap for saying this, but I don't really get excited about smoked brisket; I'm from Alabama and it just isn't bbq here... But if you can turn that big ol love of meat into steak... Now you have my attention! Thanks for doing this sirs!

A5 brisket steak Is still insanely expensive. Try this: Angus prime short ribs (boneless - I usually make beef stock with the bones) - cooked sous vide for 60h at 57ºC let it chill down and then grill it over charcoal. This is as tender as Wagyu... as flavorful (different flavor - but still) - at a fraction of the cost (yeah - a lot of more effort...).

So I have a question for PitMasterX. I have a 1.79 Kilogram cut of grade 10 Wagyu. Im asking you specifically because you seem to smoke alot of this particular beef. I have the Fleur De Sel, the fresh cracked black pepper, but I want to go a little further. I'm cooking it on a Traeger grill. What is your professional opinion on how to prepare this?

put salt before you Cook and let it sit for atleast 2 hrs ..let it penetrate the meat ..you will even seasoning throughout
