Sitting off a major road in the forest lies this stunning Tudor Manor, built-in 1983. This large home sits on 4.5 acres and is over 10,000 Sqf! The property seems to last be owned by an Asian family with children based on the contents left in their former home. Like others on this street, this beautiful home was purchased by a developer who intends to demolish it! The last residence seemed to have moved out sometime in late 2019 early 2020. Only recently the home's utilities were disconnected. Unfortunately, this has led to a few major issues. Windows were left open allowing moisture to enter the home. The walls are covered in frost and by the spring this home will have a major mold issue. The water, while disconnected is still sitting in the toilets frozen along with the pipes.
It seems the developer that owns this home has zero care for it. Time will tell if it does get demolished or sits rotting away!

HOUSE UPDATE: I went back to this home today and unfortunately demolition has begun. I was able to check out inside and again unfortunately not a single item was saved or repurposed. All they other homes in close proximity have been demolished as well or are about to be.

Money pit. Mold, mildew and fungus likely growing between the walls due to condensation. I'm sure it's salvageable but the investment and the fact the house is dated developers just decided to demo it and rebuild. The REAL sin here is due to inflation and lack of supply alot if that house can be salvaged but won't. The stain glass and glass etched panes. Those solid wood beams on the ceiling shit the aftermarket value for that house is insane. Sadly because its likely a developer that entire house will end up in a land fill.

This place has a pretty simple story: the house was sold to the bank. It sat alone and empty. It became a hangout for druggies and homeless.

It appears that there were squatters in the house at one point. The liquor, spices and bottled water are clues ...

This place is so beautiful, being in a rural location is amazing. A bit dated maybe, but still very beautiful and livable. The garage wasn’t very amazing, lol Potentially when the developer bought them out, they allowed them to stay, so they didn’t care about the house Those stains in the showers and tubs is from Iron in the water, not toxic but some people don’t like the taste, that could explain the bottled water,, with a house like this you would think they would have filtration equipment to take care of that or they did it most likely wasn’t working, but with the state of this house why would you fix it. So full of Wildlife, but now a development is moving in, what's going to happen to the animals, it's unfortunate. In a lot of cases when developers buy out properties, it's in the contract that the previous owners can pretty much leave what they want. Earlier I was watching a video where a location got refilled, pretty much no matter what you do a location will get found out. In this situation, when items get removed from houses, yes it's bad but in most cases the developers don't care so the items are going to get destroyed anyways, very few developers check houses before demolition, so is it really that bad.

Amazing house! But the best part of this were Noah's reactions. I've cleaned houses that were that big. I've gotten lost in them. It's dumb how big some houses are when there are only parents and a couple of kids. No one needs that much house.

SMH! As humans we think we are so intelligent, when actually we are so destructive. This home proves my point. There is so much in this home that could be repurposed, recycled and reused. Beautiful wood floors, doors, cabinets, etc. But instead as always the ever $$ wins over. Greed at its finest. So sad, no wonder our world is in such bad shape…

I wish there were more salvage dawgs out there able to save the fixtures, and furniture out these places before demolition. The utter waste just kills me… I look at all these urbex videos, and just get so sad at the wastefulness of humanity. I’m glad some at least get explored, and in most cases admired again for awhile, and saved for posterity when they are gone. Be safe out there you guys! 🤗

Houses should not be passive investment vehicles for offshore money. They should be homes for Canadian families. That is why, in the recent federal budget, the government announced its intention to implement Canada’s first-ever national tax on non-resident, non-Canadian owned residential real estate that is considered to be vacant or underused. This one per cent tax would go into effect on January 1, 2022, to help support investments in housing affordability.

You should've closed what ever windows were open. Not that it would've made much of a difference, but it's just a shame to see all that frost forming. I doubt the house was winterized either, so I'm sure the pipes will burst if they haven't already.
@NoahNowhere

We did try to close them when we left actually but alot of them simply wouldn't close or were broken. They didn't winterize the house at all. You can see the toilets are frozen in the video. Spring time this house is gonna have alot of issue I think

Amazing Tudor mansion! Not too far gone yet, still a shame it will be demolished. That was someone's no-expense spared dream home back in the 1980s, and still very impressive even though it's a bit dated now. Imagine how much it would be worth in pristine condition? I prefer mid century modern, but I'd love to have that house!

HI Noah this is the house the bad guys from Home Alone would call the Silver Tuna its got everything. A bit overwhelming, it be a maintenance nightmare, and what percuilar tastes to have dinning chairs in the master bathroom. Oh and you forgot to go up the inlaws stairs case but the place being a maze i would of run far away the first 5 mins.

With the cost to build new houses today why would anyone want to tear this down. As large as it is why not turn it into a Bed and Breakfast, or rent it out for Weddings & Family Reunions or as a Vacation Getaway, add a big beautiful Swimming Pool & A Tennis/Basketball Court, it would be a great place for any of those things. I think it might be sinful to be so wasteful of such beauty & I love the older retro look, love the Goldberg house on The Goldbergs, would live there in a minute!!!! Don’t know how much land is there around it but could do lots with it, the more land the better, someone should buy All of it from Developers or Owners & Make it into any of these Special Places, it would make you money!!!! 👏🏼👍🏻💖😊💖👏🏼

Does anyone know if the people who demo this will take the copper and wires pipes first? So much reclaimable material. Would nice to see a summer update on what it is looks flattened. probably 5-10 new homes on that plot. Good for the developers, bad for the people who owned this. I guess they did well and walked away.

The demo crew will likely take the copper and anything else worth money and recycle or resell it. They are probably looking at putting a full new subdivision here. It's on 4 acres of property and there's 4 other homes abandoned on the street

Where was this located? Is it close to a city/town. Did they build apartments or row homes or both. The more people the Crime Minister allows in, the more houses will be torn down. Under the UN Agenda mass migration into western countries. Under UN agreements for housing will be 6% single dwelling the rest is to be apts, townhomes/row houses, duplexes. Majority of growth will be around ALRT. High rises, any other growth they want offices/stores ect built on the bottom 1 to 2 stories then the rest apts. It's called stack em & pack em. They want people out of cars, so they will continue to build like this, creating pockets of living space where people can gather. Not the spread out sub burbs. Govt taking people in from mostly Africa/Middle East & Philippines. Thanks for your vids, you are documenting history. People will search & find what Canada once looked like in the olden days. To compare of it, 100yrs on. After the govt removes people from those areas, they will bring in Corporations to take those countries resources. So enjoy your surroundings now as Canada will fill up & be destroyed. Peace out.

I can't help but wonder what will happen to my place one day....if I'm able to live out my life cuz of the corruption in the oligarcy disguised as a democracy called the USA. That said ill be damned if they get it or it rots like this. Ill find someone having no family or descendents. I guess the previous owners couldn't be bothered with donating the stuff they left behind to a charity or thrift shop. And judging by the mold and rapidly deteriorating condition of the house it's obvious that the current owner, most likely a developer, is content to let everything fall into a state of decay instead of repurposing some of the many reusable things in the house.

This mansion is freaking magnificent!! What's going on with the world today? Who could abandon that? Who and why demolish this place 😭 I'd literally die to get my hands on a mansion and here they are...Going to abandon. If I were homeless, I'd be living in one of these many mansions 🤣 awesome video! EPIC ❤️ if you could ever get the history I'd love to hear it.
