Don't chase someone that doesn't want to chase you, or that doesn't want to be chased. This is the way...

When she wanted to end things I didn't fight it. She seemed to be using the breakup to pull me back in and said she wanted me to fight for the relationship. I didn't respond to that and went through with the breakup. I blocked her immediately and have not contacted her even once. I am moving forward going to the gym working on my rental condo working at my job and helping my son start his college search. I really don't care what she's doing and who she is with because whoever she's with is a downgrade.

He pulled away and I walked away. Some of us want stability and consistency in our relationships.

I have been watching videos and suffering for months now. My fiancee monkey branched to a thirsty low value coworker. The ONLY thing that works is NO CONTACT and working on yourself. If you do this she will at least reach out to test the waters. When she does continue to be strong and then and only then will you be in the right frame of mind to make the best decision for yourself. The thing is you already know what the ANSWER is. You have to be strong and do what your gut is telling you to do. Be strong. Be a man. Move the f on.

The way I see it if they leave you so easy no remorse sense of compassion. Or not even an attempt of a calm conversation in person to try to work it out then they never did really love you any way!

Hey Kyle , I found your videos trying to get an ex back like almost all of us . I found out last month she was talking to someone new , it hurt but really helped move on. Anyways your videos were very helpful in moving on aswell , thank you . Best I can do is to keep hitting the gym , start my side business , and let what’s meant for me show up in my life .

The real problem is attracting the wrong people! (My problem) …

In my previous relationship I loved him deeply. I let him play video games and even played with him just to spend time with him. Tried my best during our ldr. I have no problem with staying loyal and loving him so much and staying committed. The problem only started when he verbally abused me. I can put up with anything but never the abuse so I needed to let go

As a small business owner and a woman, I appreciate this perspective on things. Just stepped away from a man who was not matching my energy but I'm struggling to disconnect......this insight could have not come at a better time🙏🏻💜

Here it is in plan English guys. You get heart broken, you chase her, you FINALLY grow a spine AND a set of balls....you walk away, close that door, move on.....then kick ass on life, forget her, she'll feel the loss, BUT it's too late......block them and ignore her and walk away for LIFE!

So true. I have adhd and get drawn to engage even when I need space so I’m putting up boundaries with texting and not having text conversations anymore- my friends aren’t taking me for granted as much and I do notice a change in both the quality of the relationship and in my life. I over texted an ex-he and I both over did it, and I’m hoping he will eventually feel the loss and come back with better boundaries. It’s a waiting game, hope he comes back.

My ex reaches out every 2 months then disappears - she says fancy meeting up I say yeah sure and she goes quiet !

You know, I was sitting here thinking that I attract the wrong people. That is my problem. And then I thought, maybe, I actually attract the right people, and then I fall back to old behaviors. Again, my problem. And I finally figured out what it is. I put the relationship first. I should be putting my life, the things that I strive to develop, Because that's what made me attractive in the first place. So I've let it all go. I'm not gonna try to fix the relationship. I'm gonna focus on myself, and the things that I have the power to create for the benefit of everybody. And I'm gonna put myself first in order to accomplish this endeavor. If I get back into the groove, I don't have to work so hard on my relationship.

So my ex reached out 2 days in to no contact saying she misses me and loves me . I told her I missed her too we talk a little and I asked her if are going to talk about what’s going to happen between us she said she wants to do it in person it’s been about a day since we’ve talked. I did text her to have a safe trip because se was leaving the country she texted back thank you. I know I messed up by texting her and I will go back into no contact.

Bumped into my ex on the weekend. I was dumped late 2022, I ghosted all of 2023. No social media. Complete black out my end. She found out where I'd be on Saturday night and turned up. Her friends were there first, said "hi, you OK?" I said I was good, they asked again straight after, like I was going to say I was doing terrible without her. They wanted some juice. Anyway, I came out of the toilets and she's there, waiting. I keep it brief, upbeat, no mention of anything from our past, say it was good to see her. within 5 minutes I make my excuses and leave. She messaged my friend to say she thought I left because I was annoyed she turned up. Even he said she was fishing. Women want the drama of us chasing once they've dumped us.
