My dad has a few qualifications. He's qualified to design and execute projects up to 90m² and worked as an electrician in Brasil for a few years, moved to Portugal and he did plumbing and construction for a few years, then worked as a welder. He had a landscaping business in the UK for a few years after that. He now owns a small farm in Brasil and works with solar installation. To me, he is "that guy"... Still took him 4 months of mom's nagging to get things done around the house though 😂

Believe it or not it actually is the rods fault I'm not even kidding. Have you ever tried to ice fish for panfish with a pike rod? Doesn't work too good does it?
Once while spending time with family in the mountains, I was instructed to start a fire in a cabin's wood stove (that was the only source of heat for the entire house) that would be needed for the day's cooking and keeping the house warm. My first question was: "How?" The response was "Figure it out, I want that fire going by the time I get back from my morning jog." I gave it my best shot, having never started a fire before, and nailed it on my first try. Never been prouder of myself than in that moment. That's why men do stuff themselves. Since then nearly every fire I've started lasts for hours with little effort and rarely fails to make at least one person comment on how good it is. I guess I'm just a natural. Maybe I oughta become a proffessional arsonist.
No woman in the history of the photograph has ever been satisfied with a photo of themselves. I despise taking pictures because I know it will never be good enough for whatever women wants them taken.
