Ed, don’t know if you’d like some HX parallel mixing tricks like these patches facilitate (I happily invested in Do Noise’s entire collection of creative HX patches): ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-9fxXxvoKI1M.html
The HX’s dynamic/envelope controlled blending - or the frequency-based splitting (crossover-ish) to separate chains - is probably what most excites me.
I’ve got the similar-ish CooperFX Signal Path Selector and I’m running mono on the floor, so I’m good. (I can bring in MIDI LFO stuff if I so choose.) But stereo. So I gotta ask since I can’t find a spec: will it do full line level? Like from a rack Eventide or Lexicon PCM stuff? A lot cheaper than a Sound Sculpture Switchblade and I don’t need to run a full on refrigerator rack, so I could probably get by with two stereo units. If this can do them justice.
