Honestly Forza needs to do something different, a Sandbox-esque Beamng alternative I would welcome if Turn 10 commits to Community driven content fully. Casue rn the only revolutionary next gen racing game we have .... is BeamNG, its the Ultimate Driving Game

I believe the upcoming Wreckreation by Three Fields Entertainment (developers of the Burnout series) is also something similar. The whole game's focus is purely on creating your own map and racing with others on it + combat with players by taking them down

this would fail spectacularly. There are almost no games run by the community that were created that way. Most the games you see that are similar to that idea, like beam, had to spin their wheels for years trying to find a good community to make it going. Beam is old as fuck, but only a few years ago it started to be popular. there is no way a company that has investors will do that.

2 days of playing the crew all playlists done. Found all the collectables. Pretty much finished it. Nothing much to do now. Personally think motorfest is a big let down. . More of an add on than a game.

Motorfest is just garbage by comparison. They did a good job convincing gamers that it was worth full price given it's a glorified DLC with almost no exciting new cars and handling that's somehow even worse than TC2.

Bro, did you not listen to the developers during the livestream when they revealed Event Lab 2.0? It's been in the works since February of this year. All I keep hearing and seeing is talk about how this game or that game "made Playground Games finally put some effort in," but so far, that hasn't been the case. We'll see what happens with Solar Crown, but I have my doubts.

Yes, and the top speed is 140mph or something ridiculous. With 2000hp it's one of the slowest cars in the game.

Because they bet on the wrong horse when designing FH5. They created the entire map around the Eliminator. There can't be much in the way. Just a huge open area...

Their hands are Heavily tied by needing Mexican Government Permission for even the slightest map change (PGG has confirmed on Live Stream that they cannot even change the colour on a Bush without Permission from the Mexican Government so as "the People and Nation of Mexico will not be Besmirched"!) and the Mexican Government has Proved to be Utterly Inflexible and are Refusing outright to permit any major changes of any kind on a Permanent basis, the Permanent Extended Night took over 4 months of Negation to get greenlit!. So blame Mike Brown for ordering the Game to be set in Mexico rather than somewhere with a Government (as, Since Ubisoft caused an *international Political incident* by upsetting Bolivia so much with "Wildlands" that Bolivia kicked the French Embassy out, it has been International Law that a Game cannot be set in a Real Country unless that Counties Government has given Permission!) more willing to allow Permanent and Major changes to the main Map!

@@MexicanusPrime-gc6zg Problem is, what can they do? they cannot add Police (thank Goodness, as they Ruin Games IMO) due to the Age Rating Requirements (Microsoft has made a 3/E Rating *Mandatory* for Forza), they cannot make the Festival vastly more Present (like in Motorfest) due to Mexico not allowing Permanent Map Alterations, they cannot add a Proper Story because it Requires Skill and Talents in terms of Screen and Character Writing that PGG just do not have in order to Pull one off at a 3/E Rating, what can they do?

@@simeonyves5940 if that's the case, it's a good thing I've lost interest in this game since the Hotwheels expansion, and probably won't be until they decide to make a good product.
