I made these today on my Traeger and they were EPIC!!!! One thing I would recommend, is to double the recipe for the sauce. I made it according to the directions, used it all when I wrapped. Made another batch of the sauce to finish the ribs off with and for dipping. If you got these ribs at an Asian restaurant, you'd be more than happy. They were off the chain! I will absolutely include this in my rib recipes in the future.

Tip: When finished glazing, light one charcoal briquette until grey and place in a metal ramekin or aluminum foil. Add a small amount of ghee or butter and cover with your ribs for 5 minutes. This'll give you the smokiness without too much effort.

My baby back ribs it was too dry and wasn't done. I want to try it again would you think I need to do party ribs please 🙏 let me know and what temperature I have to put it on

Those are some real meaty ribs, you have a great butcher for sure. The normal grocery store don’t show these meaty kind, unless your connected to a butcher. Some times I get country style pork ribs, so meaty too. Best wishes ♥️♥️🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸

I've made a recipe almost exactly like this for the superbowl a couple years back and folks loved them. That said my smoked ribs are still what they request for birthdays and events.
