Your most popular video on lowering blood pressure sure is a lifesaver. I’m only 22, and physically healthy, but found out the other day that I frequently get high blood pressure. I’ve been monitoring my BP since. Your breathing guidance has been a lot of help!

I find these really helps realising with what I deal with I'm wanting to see if there's ones for stress n anger you could teach us cus I deal with over thinking with anger stress n than depression sinks in n thanks for the vids really helpful

@@seriaas5793 not in the Breath Hold Program. Most of the techniques are nasal techniques. It includes videos, guided audio practices and PDF practice guides, that walk you through a bunch of breathing techniques that focus on and help you extend your breath hold times. It also helps your build your own custom CO2 table and O2 table, work with FRC holds, RV holds, diaphragmatic and intercostal exercises and more!

@@seriaas5793 You'd like Breath Technique Training, that's our more in-depth training that goes deep into the anatomy, physiology and psychology of the breathing techniques. We talk about mouth taping and nose clips though there aren't any guided practices uploaded in the training with them, we do 6 live sessions over Zoom, so we can definitely incorporate them then and there, plus the training is much more personalized to the breathers in that season of training!
