Could you talk about HCL stomach acids. What helps to increase stomach acids. Why I'm low in stomach acid. Anything else about what helps to increase acids. Thank you

B50complex or B100 complex. The 50 or 100 tells the mg dosage for each B-vitamin in the product. Look up Stasha golminak. But low stomach acid typically can be traced back to a b-vitamin deficiency. Especially if you’re taking one b-vitamin at a time. All need to be supplemented at the same time to prevent deficiencies. They will regulate themselves after supplementation. But never want to supplement one b-vitamin at a time unless there is a verified deficiency of one in particular but if there is a deficiency in one there is bound to be a deficiency with another. They work in unison. Think of B-Vitamins as Different forms of bacteria. Each provide each other a source of nutrition to do work. They work together.
