People make mistakes all the time, especially in Souls games, but the thing is this guy never learn from his mistakes, instead he would blame anything and everything under the sun EXCEPT himself
@@SrSacaninha It's actually quite inspirational in a way... Whenever your in a tough spot in a game or even in life you can just think back and know that even a guy like dsp can achieve stuff when you put in some time xD
DSP's way to play Dark Souls games is atrocious. He is so ignorant and cowardly about it. Why did he even bother to play this series in the first place? He is clearly not enjoying himself and I am sure most of the audience isn't happy either.
He's not enjoying himself when he plays any game from what I have gathered. The game is always stupid bullshit nonsense and also everything is bugged. The game, the console, the controller, his TV and his couch.
Adorably Cute Asriel Magic spammer heaven would almost be putting it lightly. You can get a ridiculous number of casts, it has moderate tracking, and it does decent damage. Aside from the beginning stages where you don't have it, you can beat the game by only spamming dark orb.
No lightning spears... Remember that anticlimactic ending when you claimed the game was easy? Welcome to Dark Souls bud. If you thought Phil was shit last time, you're in for a treat.
Does his "full time" girlfriend count? I can't imagine any sane person in the world who'd wanna be friends with this guy given the way he shits on people.
@John Doe It's common knowledge that roughly 50% of marriages end in divorce. I admit, "most" was a bit of an exaggeration, but still. It's also common knowledge that Phil is freakishly incompetent at literally everything he attempts. One plus one equals two.
Ancient Dragon is very machine-like and pretty easy to cheese. Like every quadruped boss in Dark Souls ever, just stay close to its hind legs and dodge whenever it stomps.
Not gonna lie, the way he used the knockback of the LS to throw that armored enemy off a cliff while he was blocking was smart. The rest of the run... is not.
i like how he was fighting sanctum knights for god knows how long and still doesn't get that they have really high poise and keeps swinging at them with a straight sword jesus, watching him play makes me laugh and feel ill at the same time
DerNamenlose1991 That's his thing. First he grinds the shit out of the game until he is level 8 gazillion and then he just spams attack at every moment, tanks attacks and chugs potions. You should have seen him play Demon Souls. That was really astonishing. There is one point when the runs straight into a enemy caster, getting hit by magic on the way, and then proceeds to stand exactly in front of the enemy, mashing attack with a small sword. Naturally the enemy is able to get out another spell that kills Phil. And the best part? He whines about the people in the chat who recommended to just use melee attacks against the enemy but apparently they thought Phil had enough common sense to circle around an enemy that throws fireballs at him. They were wrong.
One of the comments in the video pointed something that really clicked. Part of it said its frustrating to watch phil because he gives off frustration when playing. I think, at least a portion of, why phil is so bad at every game he plays is because since he streams every fucking thing, he feels progress always has to be made and jokes need to constantly be made so he doesnt take a second to stop, think, and learn. Hes gotta save face by saying the game is bad because god forbid he halt the progress to learn.
@@pawemarciniak4514 cool! What's the name of your character you do pvp with? If you are in the brotherhood of blood, or frequent the iron bridge, I might have fought you.
@@lornsumm3249 Well sorry i dont type my ID in public also i was play DS2 but on ps3 not PC sooo dunno if we met but yes today i check and sadly like i say DS2 is pretty dead on ps3...i was try pvp/pve but well nothing 2 hours i waste sadly.
I never actually knew you could get boss armour, I've always killed the merchant in majula for his armour because it gives you more souls, gotta replay ds2 now, I love ds2 man
Through the many times I've watched these vids i wonder why phil hardly uses life gems they are an absolutely great way to stay alive without estus flasks
Because they aren’t in any other Dark Souls game and he doesn’t care to pay attention to any game he plays. I doubt he was even aware of their existence during his playthrough apart from the few times his chat reminded him.
Also, bugs me how phil got to fucking mad about the knights, THEN swaps to lightning. After the first knight, I'd have used lightning on the other one.
He's in the dlc and has no clue u can sell armor/items? Lol and as inept as Phil is he somehow knew to infuse his chime? No1 told him to do it......nooooo yet claims hes not cheesy, or having his "hand held". 😒
the fuck did that kid just say stick with easy games like street fighter?? uhh wtf i know most peoole would get sweeped up by very hard difficulty and the pros play at an even crazier level. that was the only impressive thing i managed to find about phil was the fact thst he could probably beat me in street fighter if he spammed enough.
look i love watching bad players fck up but when he ragequit persona 3 i got extremely mad. I played persona 3 on hard multiple times and NEVER lost on the final fight. He is relies on cheap tricks on EVERY GAME HE PLAYS and when DS2 nerfed Lightning or when he played persona 3 and DIDNT know the strongest skills he raged.... I hope Phil is the best example of what you SHOULDNT do
He used that lightning spear too much, just takes the fun out of the game if all you're going to do is run away like a bitch and spam the spears until it dies.
kris brooks He doesn't know the game at all. That's why. I'm not even trying to insult him - even though he would deserve it. He is utterly clueless about game mechanics even after playing DaS and DeS. It's the same reason he doesn't know why he cannot use Estus after getting hit with Lloyd's Talisman. He played every single game with instruction from his viewers. He doesn't know any mechanics at all because he never had to learn them. For all we know how just found a greatshield and since their stats are better than smaller shields, he just wants to wear it. It's not like it actually has any noticeable impact since he is above level 150 so no issues with equip weight. He actually stops wearing one in the second and third DLC and two hands his weapon. This was most definitely also instructed by the chat.
That's what I noticed during my streams of the SotFS edition, it seemed that Fume Knight, Sir Alonne, and Ivory King were just using the same attack timings. Different animations (Sir Alonne especially) but once I learned Fume Knight, the other ones felt similar and thus easier I guess

11:08 Hes half right, i mean he read that theres a bonfire ahead, doesnt have anything to do with the Stream Chat. See, phils an idiot and overall bad at gameing but if you hate the king of hate, at least do it for a reason and not just hate for the sake of hateing. thats stupid
