This Is Why We Need To Bring Back SHAME 

Shame isn't as simple as you described in the video. I mean to say that it's not just an expression of guilt for acting against one's personal morals. I would just describe this as guilt. Not everyone is open about sharing their own moral standards, because apart from the actions, those standards in themselves could be the subject of judgement from others. Shame is about the fear of others finding out about your actions, because those actions go against the moral standards or accepted norms of other people. Plenty of people who are living their lives in a way which others would disapprove of (for example homosexuals in traditional or religious communities) feel shame for their actions, despite the fact that their own actions do not go against their own moral standards. The women who have 'no shame' do not have no moral standards at all, they just generally have much more relaxed moral standards than most other people.

Shame is more like social fear. You have stepped outside the acceptable rules and you feel bad about yourself. You'll try to hide your face. Guilt is the sense that you've broken someone's boundary and you'll try to reconnect and apologize. Alexander had a video about how guilt does _not_ change women's behavior.

I think you don’t quite get it - these people are vaguely aware of their inability to meet standards others would feel shame for violating, so they derive their entire identity from flipping the script. There's a lot to be said for decorum.

Shame is more the lack of being Able to live in accordance with cultural norms aswell. Guilt is being able to choose better options, and still not choosing them. In a tribe setting, this sort of makes sense as other people are more expected to look after each other, so they may not be as exercised in taking responsibility etc from less inter personal boundaries, if it's not as clear who does what. Where western world, guilt could be more prominent as it's self responsibility is more so expected rather than less boundaries and requiring other people to take care of those affairs.

Yes, but shame imposed on you by everyone in society keeps most people in check, forcing them to behave morally. Those that still don't act accordingly are usually impulse behavior prone, or severe social problems. You just reminded me of something that happened around 1989. A woman really wanted to show off her new (downtown) piercing at a party. The guys goaded her into thinking it was okay.
