I’m convinced that this is what 13 year olds think a “good” relationship looks like/ how they imagine younger, youthful “fun”adults act in certain situations (it comes off like “firsts”…perhaps how they believe it will look the first time they get a hotel room with their boyfriends when they “grow up.” Her ridiculous silliness/childlike behavior reflect/resemble a 13 year old girl’s). They are acting like 13 year olds would on the situation (especially when the girl is “in charge.” I’m guessing 90% of the 90% of the viewers are young girls who think this is normal or “acceptable” behavior for an adult woman). The other 10% are creepers who have weird “kinks” they are offering themselves and worse…THEIR BABY too!

You don’t know me, but I’m proud of you. When we know better, we do better. I had no idea the dangers of these channels either until I started watching DCP. The sad part is, most of these family vloggers KNOW the dangers but the money is only thing that matters. So sad for the children that have no choice in it. You will never regret your decision to keep your baby private. 😊

I used to have an Instagram dedicated to running and pushing my first born with me in the stroller. When I got pregnant and announced it the wave of people paying more attention to me felt very wrong and I took everything down. Only having about 700 prying eyes on my family even with keeping faces hidden feels so wrong that I ever humored an Instagram account.

Both grandfather's died when my parents were in middle school, and it's like they never even existed online or in the military, even though my dad was an officer and my parents met on an army base bc her dad was also stationed there. My dad has terrible PTSD but is too proud to admit it(he lives like the "this is fine" meme w the dog sipping coffee while his house is on fire), so we have no idea what he did in the military, other than the fact that he cant tell us👀 lol My sister and her in-laws are obsessed w ancestry and have traced back 20+ generations for our grandmother's, but they swear our grandfather's were part of witness protection, secret service or some other kind of top secret organization bc they've all just been wiped from the internet...well, for poor folk at least! Lol then again, my sisters in laws are rich and spend a lot of money and time on ancestry so it is strange. I didn't even realize how hard they were to find until her in laws tried to🤷‍♀️🤔🫣😬👀😳😅

It’s a pretty common thing that when cops get a domestic call, they HAVE to take someone to jail. In past years it would always be the man, nowadays I feel like they’re better at determining the aggressor and taking the RIGHT person to jail. The 1 domestic situation I was slightly involved in, no one went to jail because the aggressor had a sober ride and was aloud to go home. If someone went to jail ish was probly really bad. Especially in Utah they always sweep things under the rug so it must have been really bad.

*Actually in some states it is the LAW that someone for a DV call MUST GO TO JAIL, it does not matter if the person does not want to press charges and is begging them to not take the other person, like here where I am from, Colorado, it’s like this, and it is the actual law that one person must go to jail, not just be separated for the night, like some states they just have to be separated but no some states one must go to jail for the night no exceptions, even if there is not an active threat anymore. Plus, in most states, it does not matter if the victim in a DV case wants to drop the charges against their partner, the state will still continue to prosecute, period. Most of the time for DV cases it is not the victim pressing charges it is the state, they started to do this, along with making one of the 2 people go to jail for the night, due to the amount of people who were still getting seriously hurt or even dying after the police left or after the victim decided to drop the charges. Here in Colorado, we have some of the strictest DV case laws in the country due to the amount of deaths that were occurring in the 80s and 90s once they were left alone together again. There is a lot of misinformation in that Reddit thread.*

The only time the police will say somebody has to go to jail tonight in a DV case is if there are physical signs of a felony like strangulation marks for example. I know this from experience
@jeanettehamilton7588

Listen. As a woman charged with DV that was dismissed years she’s not lying about the police saying they HAVE to arrest one person. My ex husband was an alcoholic and abusive so bad. One night I stood up for myself after he kicked me and hit me. I threw a glass at him that was next to me as he charged after me and he had a seizure. I called the police myself for help and they arrested me because he was being taken to the er to get checked up. Although I was visible beaten the officer explained in my state they had to arrest one person in any type of domestic dispute call.the officer even apologized, let me get washed up and even call my parents to let them know (on my exes phone because my ex snapped mine in half that night) before taking me.

The people they visited, Shelby and Dylan, they are so nice, I think they probably don't realize how crazy Kay and Tay are. Shelby and Dylan have a baby but they haven't shown him at all, or will not show his face. They are funny just as themselves and I think Kay and Tay visiting them is just them thinking they were able to meet someone famous. I hope they see this info.

Around 18:27 in the video. This is not accurate. In certain states, when the police show up for a DV call, they do have to take someone to jail. Believe me, I've been through it in Idaho. I said I didn't want to press charges, and they didn't care they said the state would press charges.

No, it doesn't anymore. I am not an alcoholic nor drug addict, have worked all my life, have never committed DV on anyone I've been in a relationship with, yet the court gave my 3 young boys to their alcoholic father because "he never left Cleveland", "he needs help", and in spite of all the pictures my oldest son took of the bruises and cuts he and his brothers watched their dad put on me. I was told by the court that his alcoholism was not a problem.....fast forward 9 years, he lost custody of our boys because he was an alcoholic and he was abusing them physically and mentally. He died before the end of the custody hearing, which he was doing nothing to win because he figured the court would just side with him again. My boys have been in therapy for 3 years now. My oldest son found his dad dead in the bathroom, so he's been receiving intense therapy for anxiety and PTSD.

She probably didn’t want custody because she wasn’t allowed to exploit that child for money. And let’s be honest, these 2 idiots are selling a dream and that dream is a cute, young couple who have a baby together while he dotes on her and she pouts and cries. A preteen from another relationship would shatter that “perfect” image of “The Perfect Family”

As someone who went through something like this in my early 20s, unfortunately, if there’s a DV charge & the victim just doesn’t show up for court- they drop the charge unless the court picks it up which they almost never do the first time. Expunged isn’t dropped, they expunge things after it’s on your record & you can pay to do so. She’s trying to cover for him, which is sad but she’s making it worse. The victim calls, then gets love bombed when the perpetrator gets home & typically they move on & then the victim is protecting him. Hopefully he got help & didn’t do it again but as I’ve always said- there’s people who hit their significant others & those who don’t. She’s making it WORSE!!

There are a huge amount of domestic arrests that the "offender" is innocent. Also, if the charges were not dropped, they would not let the victim to bond out the offender. The terms of almost every single domestic abuse bond is to have no contact with the victim. So, I do think there is more to the story here.
@foerster6335
@foerster6335 6 месяцев назад
100% true. Even if you are married until it's actually dropped you aren't allowed contact in any way even through 3rd parties including posting bail. It's to prevent victim intimidation
@kianna270
@kianna270 6 месяцев назад
Not always, you can get a “no hostile contact order” so you can still have contact with the victim, but it cannot be violent or aggressive or else you end up back in jail and bond is revoked. But usually the state grants an injunction. But it is true, you cannot bond out the aggressor if you’re the victim.

Actually, here where I live they have grown tired of being called to dv situations to have the people say it's been "solved and they are fine now," so it's an automatic arrest of at least one party if they are called out.
@kianna270
@kianna270 6 месяцев назад
It’s not because they’re “tired of DV calls” almost every state arrests one person, usually the aggressor of the incident, in. Because many times aggressors would kill or harm the victim after calling police . Then the state will always pick up the charges on behalf of the victim for domestic violence, bc it’s very common for people to be coerced into dropping charges, or the relationship can become more violent when they know you pressed charges on them. DV cases are very complex, and there’s many protections to help victims because of the extensive research on how much domestic violence can negatively impact and person and literally rewire their nervous system. The state protects victims, that’s why they always arrest someone. Not because they’re “tired of DV calls”

Thats kind of sad youre that judgmental towards someone else you believe is going through the same thing. I lied in court and defended my ex for years before I woke up and realized I was brainwashed. If you really were a dv survivor, I'd think you would have a little more empathy towards someone in that position. You should know how manipulative abusive partners are. People lie to defend them because they'll get it WORSE at home if they don't.

In Australia if you call the police for DV is cannot be dropped by the victim. It has to go through due process. The rationale behind this is, the perpetrator could’ve threatened or coerced the victim into dropping charges.

I was digging on their Facebook page, Tays page not a lot uploaded, some photos with him and Tay and some reuploaded tik toks for their family. Kay's page is filled with pictures with both of them and her eldest daughter, she was posting her daughter, she made posts with her daughter about her and Tays wedding counting down with her daughter but her daughter wasn't in the wedding, weird? Also they've been married since 2016, they've been for 8 years. Also the situation about Tay having a child was also bugging me so I looked up his ex wife who now lives in Ohio and the ex wife posed photos of her son and the resemblance to Tay is uncanny but looks don't mean anything, only dna does. Still if he is the father then he's a piece of crap for denying his child if it is his child.
