FINALLY, a pedal that I don't want or need! ;-) But seriously, if I played in a funk band, this pedal would be ultra cool. Bootsy Collins should try playing bass through one of these. This would work in a jazz fusion context too (i.e., 70's Jeff Beck).

This is a crazy pedal and I like it. It is a bit similar to the Moai Maea Pedal from KMA Machines, but this pedal is without a fuzz pedal.
