Ingredients:
Dough:
125 g all-purpose flour (1 cup)
1 egg
2 tbsp lukewarm water
2 tbsp vegetable oil
pinch of salt
Filling:
40g butter (1½ oz)
40 g sugar (3 tbsp + 1 tsp)
1 egg
2 tbsp cream
40 g cornstarch (⅓ cup)
250 g cottage cheese (8¾ oz)
lemon juice
50 g raisins (⅓ cup)
200 g peaches (1¼ cups)
For smearing:
50 g butter (1¾ oz)
To sprinkle:
powdered sugar
Bake: 180°C / 356°F 45 minutes on top/bottom heat
