“He’s 19 and he’s already a piece of shit” As a preteen I could pick out which kids in class had a 100% chance of still being huge turds as adults. Every prediction I was able to followup on has been accurate
I’ve always had the saying ‘i don’t have time for people who don’t have time for me’ and 30 odd years in I’m so happy that the friends I have are thick as thieves. People always drift apart if the traffic doesn’t flow both ways, and by being able to (although difficult) cut addicts and selfish mofos out of my life I have achieved a blissful group of people to call my friends
They’re so easy to spot for the most part though. I really don’t get how people fall for this stuff. Critical thinking + common sense and maybe a little patience (not jumping the gun on things) is all you need.
The more the scams the more people will learn about them and not fall for them though. It's like inflation and how prices go up, but so does pay. Scams go up, but so do people's knowledge on them.
@@agoogolofgeese A lot of people are very naive. We have middle aged women watching tiktok thinking the content they see is real. We have lonely crazy cat ladies thinking George Clooney is messaging them, people are just very naive.
There definitely needs to be new laws written to fit into the internet era especially on things like this when there’s so much evidence to be found to prove wrongdoing
@@ladelusionalball5509 well who would have thought it, I assume since you didn’t read what I wrote properly that you can provide evidence of every single scammer being charged with fraud which has now prevented them scamming?
@@user-xc1st7fg7o read what I wrote because i said new laws to fit the internet era and fraud charges just aren’t cutting it especially as most haven’t ever been charged with fraud

But I beg you to use your position of power to do some very minor good in the hope charlie sees it.
somebody scammed me and took my Salamance in a pokemon game a while back when i was like 7, i still remember that day. that day, is the day i lost my trust in humanity.
I once had a great friend as a 9 year old… he had a Slifer the Sky Dragon I thought was so friggin awesome & he knew well that I really wanted to have the God Cards in my collection super bad.. so he said if I gave him 40 holographic cards he would let me have his Slifer.. As a dumb kid I said “Sure!”… Well out of those 40 holographic cards he left with many First Editions, Limited Editions, & Rare-ish Cards being he had a decent idea of what he should look for… Later in life when I felt my brain finally develop & I dropped to the floor, is when I figured out I’ll never forgive him or the world again
Scams would disappear if people just had common sense or did their research about their purchases🤦♂️ Edit: what I mean is silly scams like these or Logan’s Paul’s crypto that are obviously shady can be easily avoided if people would use their brains. Ofc the more advanced ones are much harder to realize they’re scams, but research and being cautious can prevent a lot
I love how Charlie basically gives huge boosts to people's youtube channels by giving them a shoutout whenever they do cool stuff. You have Charlie's support get ready for a few thousand new subscribers, lol.

Thanks to your statistic of 1 in 2 people either becomming a scammer or a victim of scams, I have now decided to take controll and scam others! Appreciate the heads up Charlie!
I'll be the one scammed, so that I don't have to put the work in to be a scammer, but it'll cancel out any other potential scammers that are after me. I cannot be scammed for money as I have none, so I will instead be paying for any scams with well meaning intentions.
@ihatemymoney4683 I like the idea of every 2 in 1 person is either a scammer or a victim because it allows the possibility of someone being a double victim/scammer
@Instabruh User I'm hunting your replies down and reporting them. It's for no other reason than you replying in all caps. If you want to troll (which I respect your own video selections through your profile), don't do it.... Stupidly.
@@Uncle-CookooHi, thanks for reporting those! In case you don't know, that's not a real person. It's a bot. That's how they manage to comment so many times, it's just a program written to comment the same thing over and over again as soon as Charlie uploads, so people may fall for whatever scam or virus they're trying to infect you with. So don't waste your breath on them, it's best to just report for spam and move on. Just wanted to inform you.
I’ve actually been following this story for a long time. He was also arrested for shoplifting and felony drug possession, along with Juice WRLDs ex girlfriend, Ally Lotti. The whole story is interesting and he and Ally use the scams, controversy, and Juice WRLDs likeness to promote her only fans and scams. There’s a lot of video on the topic and it’s really interesting

Yep. There's ig pages exposing the both of them in greater detail too including videos and messages taken from icloud and deleted tweets furthering their guilt. Too bad no one's taking any of it seriously
Mark Wheazerthis sounds like utter BS m8BE the law doesn't care about likes and comments when as you said he literally ABDUCTED A CHILD FOR 2 WEEKS The law would destroy him for child abduction, rich or not, comments or not

@Doyerlife he popped up in my feed and I got context on him. He has like 1.4m subs but the gist is he is a hype RU-vidr who has rich parents. He abducted a kid for 2 weeks but got shown as a hero bc he "found him" but didn't report it. Then he impersonated the dad to take the kid out of school to a different city. And he just violated a restraining order and bribed the dad via kids college to "hang out" with him and no one is calling him out apart from the not bought comments. I just decided that I should atleast try to do some good instead of scoffing and moving on
This finally gave me the push I need to get my act together, change my life, and start making money through my own scam I cooked up. Wish me luck jabronies
I’ve always been surprised at how a scammer can look at the things they do, see how they’re messing with someone’s lives and actively do them. But then I remember “money” and I feel silly for even hoping they’d have a shred of humanity to realize how much harm they are doing to people.

@emes how, am I meant to post proof. Maybe look into this in the slightest. Watch a couple of his shorts and it is obvious. The Internet is great because you can tell people to "get out". Imagine telling someone that in real life. Pathetic
My mother opened 3 credit cards in my name and spent over $4,000 then ghosted me when I found out. Not really a scam but just goes to show no one is safe
we can only hope, but that also includes several cities in India too and many many Americans here and a lot all over really. thousands to millions of scammers.

As horrible as this is, I’m honestly impressed how a 19 year old could accomplish something like this, it’s just so maniacal and complex it makes me think he’s been planning it for years
Don't be. Dude grew up with a silver spoon and everyone agreeing with him growing up. That inherently gave him that sadistic confidence to scam others. It's easy to be powerful when everything has been handed to you you're whole life.

I used to know Carter and you would never expect him to do all this, pretty insane. Dude was a skinny more nerdy kid that was just always kind of awkward. He actually tried to get me to join him when he was first starting out and as a young kid I almost went with him. I’m really glad now that I didn’t. Crazy world.

@S he took the kid out of school and impersonated the father. The parents didn't abandon the kid, they lost it. Big difference. How tf do people not see someone with power and influence using it to get close to a vulnerable child as incredibly concerning.
3:50 The main thing about Ed, Edd n Eddy is that they're more creative with their scams, the scams they come up with are actually interesting, like a giant cardboard city or turkey basters as squirt guns. Let me ask you this, are you more willing to believe any of The Eds' scams or an NFT/crypto scam? The fact that there are still people who fall for the most blatantly obvious scams just makes me lose even more faith in the human race.
charlie talking about how stupid billboards are and im just thinking about the one time i was on the highway and passed a billboard promoting Dr Mikes youtube channel😂😂
I assume a lot of the Indian phone scammers assume that Americans are extremely rich (and they are relative to India.) Their thinking process is probably the same as saying “oh Elon musk wouldn’t care if I took just 1 million dollars, he has multi billions after all”
@Enigma That is a horrible comparison, car salesmen actually sell you a product, yeah some can be scummy and rip you off, but Scammers sell you literally nothing. They're just thieves. If you actually want to compare car salesmen to something compare them to OF models, giving you a subpar product for an inflated price. 😂😂
Truth be told we're all born into and taught different values. While you have a conciousness that tells you scamming is morally wrong, a scammer either was never taught this or simply dosen't care/think long enough about the repercussions of their actions.
@@MrMorningStar666 not really, I myself am a example of how you can still turn. Used to be strictly against scamming but nowadays knowing how shitty a regular job is and just how much money people are actually willing to spend on what clearly a scam, I’m doing it myself too.

I have blocked more accounts on facebook and instagram than on any other platform. There's an abundant number of scammers, bots, and fake accounts. Every time the CEO of a platform brags about the number of "active users" they've got it makes you wonder how many of them are real. What makes it worse is that these people never get punished for it.
old people are senile, vulnerable and easy to manipulate. not to mention a lot of them are unfamiliar with how to use technology, plus things like alzheimers and dementia must make them incredibly easy targets. are you incapable of experiencing empathy or something?
His scams aren’t aimed at old people though. I don’t see many 90yo’s on instagram, who care which rapper he’s friends with and would pay for internet clout.
@@AM-vn4cc how old people are who fall for scams* I'll clarify the wording a bit. I'm not explicitly talking about "old" people. Just people who are not explicitly "young".
The scammer circle is like a fast and furious movie, being that you don’t know who the next big scammer is, until they’re revealed later, but it turns out they were involved with some other scammer(s) from previous scam
I knew damn well something wasn’t right when every rapper that was doing these type of giveaways said having to follow dozens of accounts was a requirement to participate. Cuz my first thought was, how tf are they gonna have the time to check if the hundreds of ppl participating were actually following all the accounts? Add that to the fact they NEVER said when the winner was gonna be announced.

Are there really people that are so oblivious and think just because you are popular that somehow you are credible? I never realized that there were people out there that assumed that.
