I live my life by this quote: "mate or be mated". I've taken a lot of the former, so it's time to start giving the latter. Anyways, I'm gonna go set up a mating net and see what I can catch
I have Danya and Simon Williams jobava courses and although their lines are probably most optimal, I think I’m going to revert back to your lines when your course comes out. f3 and dxc5 to get Bd3 just appear as simpler ways to play the positions with less theory involved. How long before you release your course on the jobava?
i can’t believe this but you’re definitely my new favorite chess youtuber. your videos teach me so much and i’ve gained so much elo thanks to you. i learned the power of the london and its my new favorite opening, i hope to master it one day
19:50 in this position, what if they play Nh5 ? Do you continue with the pawn storm and risk your bishop? Or? I constantly keep getting hit by this with the Caesar bot.
Oh ffs!! Chess! I was so hoping to improve my rate of mating irl. Hey...you're a handsome enough guy. Since, I'm here...can you at least tell me if you've been killing it? And what lines seem to work best for you?
OMG! Alex I just checkmated a 1250+ rated player! (mine is 750) It goes with ups and downs, but your lessons are really helpful for my ELO :D once again thank you very much... I'm really proud of myself.. Hereafter I will of course lose 10 games in a row, but that's why I stop for today :D
What's weird to me is that you always start with the Jobava London and you promote your course the London System, why is that actually? Why don't you play it with your London System?
Hi Alex, just to thank you for your courses and all the content for us. Wonder if you could make a video about when it's to reasonable to fianchetto in Caro Kahn. Pros and cons of it.
My guy. Thanks for the amazing content as always. Cant wait for your channel to blow up (although I fear that I then have to learn anti jobava and fantasy..). I was wondering in the 25:50 position why you didn't simply break open the center with exd5 instead of pushing (although the strategy was to open a direct line to the enemy king) I feel like breaking open immediately was the better option, what do you think?
Hey Alex, I contacted you via mail cause I wanted to buy private lessons. But maybe your e-mail adress is not updated on youtube or you simply don't do private coaching. I'm trying to contact you on every platform but nothing seems to work out 😢
