6:13 As a relatively new A.B.A player, this has only happened to me once, and I was under a lot of tilt. I assumed my finger was on the HS button, and mashed my controller into the ground. So, I'd assume they were mashing during this combo string.

Players like this are why I would dodge new characters for a while, not fun to learn knowledge checks when my fundamentals still need work. Funny video btw I love that me doing roundstart j.D made it.

Oh my gods, I've actually fought this person and... Yea, they had no idea what they were doing. As an ABA main(well, 3rd main), this was painful on all levels. The fact I've beaten them when i was still rusty says a lot.

I actually played like 10 sets with this same matchup, as a Potemkin vs a floor 10 ABA and holy fuck was she 10 times better than this shit

At 5:11 Zephyr couldn't have uninstalled because he was already inside the danzai animation. Even pros fuck this up since it's really hard to gauge the wall damage.

Altho i feel like there are somethings that i wanted to clarify from this video that i feel are not entirely correct (besides that this guy is without a doubt a big fraud that doesnt know the term consistency) At 1:08 214k is the actual confirm here (double checkin rn so i dont clown myself lmao) they just dropped the combo At 1:53 i can understand their route choice cause even for someone with experience it is hard to estimate wall damage and you dont want to break wall acidentally with banzai. They stilled dropped a simple combo tho. At 4:16 i actually think it was the second best option to do. 1st being rc uninstall and reinstall but you can also argue that you want to save meter. Keygrab here is not really the best to confirm cause you lose out on oki (and that is terrible if you back in NM aba) and you recover less jealousy (in this scenario specifically). So here i actually dont see it as a mistake At 4:39 im pretty sure they tried to do the fuzzy double overhead but got deflect shield which supposedly beats the attempt at it. But either way the attemp would be fumbled even without deflect shield since aba shouldnt be landing before doing the rising jH but instead jump cancel the jS. At 5:07 was the showcasing on why i understood the route choice in their earliest mistake cause they didnt properly estimate the wall damage and ended up doing the danzai route where during danzai she cannot uninstall and reinstall without rc At 5:23 actually just finding this out as well but you can indeed confirm this hit with 2 214k but they must have forgot that you need to do 2S beetween the cS and 2H. Also they can just break wall by not crossing so this combo is just not situationally good in this scenario At 7:54... I mean burst in a round ending situation where you have to guess strike throw that will end the round it is completly justified. Altho im pretty sure they went for a gold burst to sson and the pot player was gonna cover it so that fumble actually helped them Now i just want to add one more thing to this diss. At 5:04 dahell is that confirm??? They can get so much more corner carry and damage by doing cS dc cS dc 2k 6H keygrab. Again great video. I actually ran into this person yesterday, they're still on floor 10 mopping up intermediate players like me. didn't see any of the mistakes you pointed out here though, either they watched you roast them or I just wasn't pressuring them enough (probably the latter).

Ironically the biggest mistakes weren't even mentioned: - 5:28 Using that super if you know it doesn't kill, is probably the worst thing you can do with ABA. I cannot even tell you how many games I've lost using this and getting completely stoped afterward because the situation after is so damn terrible for ABA. - 6:04 Hitting with BWA on block is a perfect opportunity to switch into JR and still be plus afterward. There is no reason to use keygrab here. It's a huge wasted win condition. - 6:55 This counter hit is the best hit normal mode ABA can possibly get. You can either deal a lot of damage and build JR-meter before using keygrab or you can switch into JR right away and continue the combo without using any meter. Using keygrab instantly really did hurt my eyes there.

3:34 Okay. Let it be known that while this person is definitely fraudulent, I'm a top 20 gio that still has trouble with reversal super inputs T_T it can happen to anybody.

You know what I do when I fight someone way worse than their rating/aura implies? I say “damn this guy sucks” and I move on, I don’t make a whole channel 😭 dis is crazy Also, you’re better off jumping the garuda after 6K garuda and punishing that way, bc it’s a good spacing trap (mashing is fine vs poor spacing, but if you’ve FD’d him out I wouldn’t. & it varies for certain characters)

5:45 what is the proper defense here? So aba was in hard knockdown, if she thinks the pot is going to grab, she should try jumping or mashing her fastest attack?

im being very nitpicky but 6k > garuda isnt the worst reaction check to get hit by considering how popular 6k > flick is. if pots close enough, flick just beats 6p's so blocking it is correct. is it reactable? definitely. but it works on alot of people who are trying to IB or just block flick. other than that i definitely agree with the other comments that the text is a little hard to read but a fun video nonetheless.

That 5H conversion is optimal no? What would you do there? Without spending wild assault of course cause that's just a tactical decision.
