For me, I was not absorbing Thiamine B1 suppliments but tried Benfotiamine form of B1 which has helped tremondously.👍

@@candyalexander2196 It is not an expensive suppliment, I just grabbed what was available locally which was Doctor's Best brand. Works best if you can eat something fatty with it (I use butter) as it is fat soluable.

@@ColorCodedColonCures Spicy organic from Texas ,but the powder came from India, good supplement, 2x vit. a of carrots 2x calcium of milk, 2x protein of yogurt.
