In this video I interview Ahmed, who at 22 years old was forced to drop out of college due to a severe decline in his health. He was severely underweight and suffered from small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, chronic fatigue, chronic pain (fibromyalgia) and severe brain-fog.
He stumbled across the benefits of vitamin B1 and decided to give it a try. Within a few days, there was an almost immediate improvement in some of his symptoms.
After experimenting with different forms and dosages, he found he "sweet spot" and in now well on his way on the road to recovery. He was able to return to college to pursue professional education, along with having enough energy and strength to start boxing on a regular basis.

This biblical truth can heal you. Romans 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. 2 Corinthians 5:21 For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him Acts 2:24 Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it. It's that simple we all have sinned but Jesus paid our sin dept in full on the cross. Now we can go to heaven because Jesus died for us. And then he rose from the dead on the 3 day. All you have to do is to accept his free gift of salvation by faith. Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 10:9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved

Most blood tests that check vitamin and mineral levels only check whats free flowing in your blood and not whats going on inside the cells, thus producing a lot of false negatives. The logic is well if its in your blood it must be getting properly absorbed into the cells and that is not always the case.

Diet is 100% key, and my younger brother is a pure example of this. He never works out (i'm not exaggerating that), BUT his diet for several years was just vitamin rich foods and plant supplements (odd spouts of junk food binges too). His physique is lean plus he's taller than me. If he ever were to work out he'd be jacked no question. Seeing him doing this throughout his 20s really showed me how working out is secondary to diet.

@@EONutrition Managed with a lot of magnesium the early years, then had a brain fog breakthrough when i tried P5P and that got me interested in trying suppliments in general.. Had to eleminate grains/dairy to manage constipation, added fat to my diet as it was not getting absorbed and that was one of the biggest causes of brain fog/fatigue, i also experimented with all of the b vitamins and found B2 to instantly cut the brain fog on certain days, B1 hcl & benfo probably increased physical energy more than any other suppliment within 24hrs and i've been on ttfd low dose on occasion since one of your videos last year, and then n acetyl cystine, methionine and glycine were all needed often when taking the methyl b12/folate/p5p b6 / low dose methylated multi b. For some reason it seems one of those 3 would be depleted by the high B's and I personally will bonk out if one is too low... After 7 years, when i get brain fog again, i have a system, first i a coconut oil peanut butter cup to see if ive simply gone too low on fat, that often clears up my head, if still foggy, i'll take a little 2500mcg methyl b12, then 10mg of p5p, usually that works, maybe 200 mcg of methyl folate (i have mthfr) and if those all fail i'll take really low dose of multi methyl b to fill in the other b's, but usually it means some other thing is sideways in my week and i'll take NAC 1000mg Methionine 1000mg, and Glycine 1000mg, + a normal B2 50mg, something in that combo will usually be the magic bullit, (*if b2 is low, everything else will not work some weeks) -over the years i've taken them all in isolation and seemed from time to time it could have been any one of those amino acids were low (probably from too many methly vitamins) and without those, taking the multi b made me feel horribly worse. -With those 3 aminos the system works most of the time and I no longer get the symptoms ppl often refer to when discussing methyl-trapping It sounds like a lot but it works.. 7 years to dial in was rough... Eliminating Dairy/grain was key and the temptation to add it back in when i was feeling good was a hard lesson to relearn a few times. If I could only take one or two things it would be low dose B1/B2 (b2 can fix mthfr symptoms rather than methyl folate protocol for many ppl, ref chris masterjohn) people def need to be careful with methyl bs as they are so so hard to nail for some!

Like Ahmed, I was doing everything under the sun just to improve my health conditions.. and exactly like Ahmed, I couldn't even lift 3kg weights when I first started out. Now, fast forward to 7 months later.. I'm eating just about everything I come across while ignoring as much dairy products as possible. Since then, I have greatly improved my strength. I am currently bench pressing and squatting 32kg in 3 sets of 12, 10 and 8! To those out there who can relate to me or Ahmed, never stop finding ways to improve your body. God has given us the ultimate vehicle to move through this life, so take good care of it! I know I have got a long way to go, but the journey goes on.

Update: I am rapidly being cured. I haven’t been able to run for the last 2 years and had a severe limp. I am now able to run and the hunched back posture is completely gone. I am also rapidly losing weight, I had gained 70lbs in a year and I’ve lost 20lbs in 3 weeks. I am now able to digest vegetables where they would come out whole in my stool before. I am no longer sleeping for 2-3 hours midday any longer and feel comfortable and normal. I am no longer hyper aware, which I didn’t even know that I was suffering, it was like a switch was turned off and I now feel… well less intense. My joints don’t hurt any longer and feel like they’ve been greased almost. My skin looked like it was made of scales almost like a 70 year old persons, it is now smooth and vibrant. My finger nails are thicker. My right eye no longer twitches uncontrollably. The severe ringing in my left ear is almost completely gone. My urine is no longer cloudy, where at one point my urine looked like watered down milk. I no longer urinate 5 to 6 times in an hour after drinking a few beers. My blood pressure went down 30 points. I was at hypertension 2 and in and out of the emergency room, and now my blood pressure is 112/72 where it was 158/118. I am now able to breath without feeling like the oxygen is unable to get to my body, a recent pulmonary functions test showed my lung capacity at 68%. I no longer become bright red and feel like my skin is burning during exercise, I also don’t sweat profusely like I used to. I would be walking and my body would start sweating for no apparent reason. My stool is now solid where it was a grainy yellow and loose where it would come apart in the toilet. I am no longer bloated like I used to feel. My gum tissue is now starting to heal around my teeth where before it was like an open wound. My tongue is no longer completely white with a thick paste around 2-3cm thick every morning, and is now starting to turn a normal pink again. I am no longer getting a feeling like there is something stuck in the back of my throat, it was so bad that I would sometimes choke on food and have to cough it up. Pills would often get completely stuck in my throat and I was chewing on hydroxyzine pills to coat my throat and bring down the swelling so I could swallow. My blood sugar now doesn’t randomly spike to 280 now sits consistently at around 110. I no longer feel extremely hungry all the time and don’t feel that low blood sugar feeling if I miss a meal. My nose no longer has these weird clear snot globules and my sinuses don’t feel like they are infected. My facial hair on my face is turning black where it was reddish brown and grey, i know that sounds insane, but my hair color on my face noticeably changed color. My semen no longer has a weird yellow solid looking gelatin in it, and is now a healthy looking white. I now am sexually aroused most of the day, which is a bit annoying but better than the alternative. I no longer get smegma around the head of my penis and the skin looks healthy now. Sorry I know this is uncouth, but it’s my observations. My body no longer feels sore after exercise, and recovery doesn’t last for usually 2 days. I’m being cured, and as I said before, it’s been seven tears, over a dozen doctors and surgeons, and over $20,000 worth of labs. This is my current dosing every morning that changed my life. 1 pill B-1 Complex by Deal Supplement 500mg thiamine 25mg Benfotiamine, 1/8 of a 1000mg tablet vitamin C by Nature Made, 1 pill vitamin D3 50mcg/2000IU by Natures Bounty, 1 pill Sucrosomial Magnesium by Methyl Life magnesium 320mg inositol 100mg, 1/2 pill NAC by Now selenium 25mcg molybdenum 50mcg n-acetyl 600mg, 1 pill Zinc Supreme By Designs for Health riboflavin 5mg vitamin B-6 5mg zinc 30mg molybdenum 250mcg taurine 400mg malic acid 30mg. When I started taking these vitamins I had a strong reaction where I felt euphoric like I had taken a bunch of ecstasy and felt that way for around 6 hours. My medical background: I have had 35 surgeries from a gunshot wound to my liver and lung from my time in the Army. My right lung was almost completely removed, half of my liver removed, the bullet remains next to my spine in the musculature tissue of my thoracic cavity, there is shrapnel in my spine between my shoulder blades and near my L3 which has a chunk missing and a crushed disk, I have had around 3 feet of small intestines removed due to necrosis from the shrapnel which 3 pieces remain around my lower torso, my gallbladder has been removed due to shrapnel damage, my right side of my diaphragm was removed due to shrapnel damage, my bile ducts had to be surgically repaired due to shrapnel damage, i had a stint inserted to join my intestines, i had to have a colon resection but I’m not sure why, I’ve had pre cancerous growths removed from my large bowel, I have an IVC filter, I’ve had a pic line to my heart, I spent 3 1/2 months in a coma, I don’t have any cartilage left in my right knee, I have a sacroiliac injury that makes me unable to walk when it slips out, I sleep for around 5 to 6 hours a night, and I take sertraline for moments of rage which is entirely at the Veterans Association for their failure to diagnose this disease that completely crippled me for 7 years. I’m sure I’m missing some stuff, but this is generally what I have going on.

Elliot, I’m an RD treating my boyfriend for SIBO, just finished kill off phase and B1 in the ttfd form is going to be implemented. I’ve seen another video of yours as I’m doing a big research project for my master’s degree on autonomic nervous system dysfunction specifically the vagus nerve. You explained how B1 is tied in and I believe strongly that this is one root cause and I’m excited to see how it goes. Thank you for this great service you are doing for all of us..

I would love to hear about your research project! I got Long Covid that really messed up my ANS and made my life hell. I certainly followed this channel and was super strict about diet and supplements, including ttfd (B1), NAC, , Mg, D, K, B complex, B12, and so many more. Light therapy was huge-I was outside barefoot every morning with sunrise, and outside for sunset getting infrared light. I am happy to say I am completely better and my circadian sleep cycles have never been better. I also have a master's degree in clinical physiology/biochemistry, so I am constantly finding root causes. Mitochondrial dysfunction was ultimately the root cause of my vagal dysfunction.

@@bettyausten9533 it takes a long time for the gut to heal. I also had adrenal fatigue. Basically if your gut is super inflamed. you need to restore the gut mircobiome by feeding the gut microbiota with prebiotics like inulin and other fibers. but start small and slowly increase fiber. too much will jam you up. also PPI is not good long term,. it prevents you from digesting proteins which is what you need to heal. I suggest a ingesting a lot of collagen, plus lysine , leucine. You need a whole systemic approach. If you are over 50, take DHEA 25mg/day. Tumeric, Boswelia, and glucosomine sulphate also help daily. Zinc Carnosine also helps. Cut out wheat milk and dairy. Kefir and fermented things are good. I'm looking into other things as well and still learning. Next I'm looking into serrapeptase. Clean diet and no stress is also super important. It wont correct overnight, it's a long process to heal everything. What worked for me may not work for you. Do your own research.

I like it towards the end that connects the brain, vagus nerve and gut and how they are all connected and have to be in sync. This is an area that I've researched recently. My son went to a Reflexologist that he frequents and experienced abdominal pain and nausea. I told him that his Vagus Nerve got over or was understimulated and that he should go back and get it corrected. He did and the Reflexologist was really scared because of a potential lawsuit! My son assured her that he didn't want to sue and to rethink the Vagus Nerve adjustment. My son was amazed about what damage these professionals can do unintentionally! I believe she didn't take enough time on the area that affects the nerve. cramming a thirty-minute session into Fifteen minutes is not recommended!

Wow, you are doing amazing stuff. The way Ahkmed describes his day is so familiar, and it's so alien to the ears of every doctor I have talked to. I give them what seems like very pertinent information, and they just stare at me like, "Nope, never heard of that". The best way I can describe it, is like my entire insides are moving at 1/100th the speed. I have to push food through my tract basically, pushing below my sternum, quiet insides. When I did hear movement, it was dramatic, like high pressure squirting and such. Massive bloating from water, everything. I basically never feel like I need to pee, no matter what I drink. Ha, I am on day two of B1 and I feel groggy again, I don't think people know how great that feeling is.

I had exact same symptoms with chronic fatigue, it then progressed to brain fog and the pain was not chronic though but was escalating. I came across this video and administered myself with thiamine (Benfotiamine) 200mg twice a day, and precisely after 3 months the effects started wearing off and I remembered this video wherein Ahmed switched from Benfotiamine to TTFD and I did just that, today was my first day and so far I feel my prayers being answered. I to had a health epiphany. It was a sudden decision born out of desperation...I googled insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome by Providence and GOD's Grace and plan for healing my life, it was on a Monday at/or around 7 Central. My plea for help, entitled, "Desperste to be Well" was pushed and popped into Dr. Ken Berry's live feed. At 73, I am still a quasi neophyte with IT, so when my explanation given that I was ubber flouritoic with 6 years of falling asleep in my daily OMAD, despite all normal labs and testing eliminating narcolepsy as the possable cause...this plea for help was seen as an answered prayer. Unaware this command he typed in as a reply, "get off all seed oils immedately" was my first ever visit to someone's live channel. His out of nowhere entitment
@maureengreen8240

..."entritement" just felt like my sought after answer. Without hesitation I jumped up and filled 2 milk crates with food items from my frig, pantry/stash which hand any ingredient other then, EVOO, EVCO, AVOCODO oil and only nuts/other then PECAN, WALNUTS, MAACADAMIA nuts. To my surprise and dismay, I discovered I only thought I had been eating clean. Being a vegan for 9 years, hummus was my main source of protein. With it's garbanzo bean carbs, canola oil, apricots and sesame seeds oils...it was my kryptonite. Since I was rethinking my whole way of eating, I decided to do a 180!° Dr. Berry has over 3 million veiwers who, one after another, regale in astonishing success testimonials...not just weight loss, but an mirade of seemingly unrelated major healing--all linked to being a carnivore. That next day I went from 9 years vegan to eatinga pound 'o meat daily. This choice was a WOWZA! It triggered an Xeobiotic toxin called an Obsenrgen which rendered fat off me so rapidly and completely, viseral fat wrapping organs, shank, severely compression bruising all internal tissue. I went from a size 22 to a size 2-4 in less then 7 days. Yes, less then a week. All the testimonials of people's health changing drastically going carnivore or ketovour were substantiated. After I endured the pain of so suddenly changing diet and was assured I had done little to none organ damage, this kind of massive dumping of fat not only dump the lipids but apparently the cell sequesred toxins. I find I feel smarter! Besides having cointinuing to recouped my wit and wherewithal, this self proclaimed MOST TOXIC PERSON environmentally toxic poisoned personage... aka, the Mo Green the TOXIC QUEEN yet alive and still thriving despite it being a health journey I started from age 6 when a causal observation was not answered with a nonsequrnc statement I for one are certainly going to continue following Dr.Ken Berry and Neisha Berry, Kelly Hogan, Dr. Ekeberg, Dr.Berg, Dr.Boz, Dr. Caffee, Dr. Mindy, Dr. Mandel Mike, Dr.Diamond, Mike from High Intensity and Gil and Ryan as well as Pure Food Life...just to name a few of the many who have given of their heath wisdom sharing what they have. I certainly will be further researching this product as in my quest to be well, I leave very few stone unturned. Say hello from mo green when you venture online on you tube and check these healers out. Wowza! I reread this before posting because I am blind in up. rt. quad. of left eye "egichblookblikevthisbif auvam notvcarrfyl" from a seizure when I first started to be exposed to flouride, mercury and a host of other all toxins. It is hard to believe I used to be so poisioned I was "incoherent", had no ability to hold focus still to remember words or their meanings to communicate and used to have to hold coins in my hand for people to make change for me because I could no longer remember how much nickels dimes and quarters were worth. I was that person who had a bag full of pennies people would grumble about as they waited for me to pay. This is indeed a miracle I am here writing and sharing with you today. I hope to be able to share what I have learned about healing myself naturally from this forever chemical exposures. Boy my life has not been boring. Somebody had same: pasted from way below a reply to comment:certainly. I experienced excruciating neck and back pain for 5 days, and my gut felt really messed up-but I knew it’s because I had hard substances lodged in my GI or something of that nature because that week they aaall started coming out of me. It basically triggered a huge oxalate/gallstone dump, I’ve had extreme fat malabsorption my whole life (I’ve been stuck at 90 lbs since 7th grade) and am absorbing fat for the first time ever?? Pretty amazing! I didn’t realize I’ve had basically no stomach acid for 25 years… from birth my life has been a cocktail for disease.. was given rounds of antibiotics as an infant, never breastfed, + many shots, I’ve never known what it’s like to absorb anything until now!! Potassium, like b1, is a cofactor, and will kickstart many dormant enzymes in the body… when I began the b1 I did have a paradoxical effect for about a day, however this potassium P.E. absolutely kicked my a$$ but I am feeling amazing now. I’ve had late stage potassium deficiency presenting since last year as the innocuous ear/head pulse, entire bodily pulsing, really messed up blood flow, extreme stiffening of my body for no reason, even my insomnia is getting relief. I never realized how crucial potassium is for detoxification and that’s been impeded for me for a while. I hope this helps, and thank you to the person who told me I can edit comments on RU-vid now!! Well, I'll tell you what, I had major irritability taking synthetic b-vitamins, and from my research, there seems to be some kind of processing/methylation issue. Now, I get my b-vitamins through non-fortified nutritional yeast, and it's great! Helped with anxiety, depression, brain fog ect. A lot of these symptoms I suffer or suffered came from gut health and gut inflammation. Intermittent fasting and really healthy keto diet makes me feel so dang good! All the inflammation from my body essentially disappeared, and my mood and brain function was good! Also, I notice taking an extra 200mg of methyl folate has really improved my overall mood. I would suggest taking things slow in terms of supplements, though. Ease yourself into the process and gauge how they affect you maybe on your off day from work so you don't get any nauseaus or irritability side effects while on the job ect. Also Dr. Berg here on RU-vid as well as Thomas Delauer have amazing info on keto diet and intermittent fasting protocols.

This is tremendous! Similar to my situation with gut health, my cognition suffered greatly, and it made/makes socializing painful and embarrassing. When my gut health and diet are in line, my brain function and overall health are top of the line, and what I invision my true abilities are. Sometimes, I'll get in the habit of eating terribly, and within a week or 2, my brain function and mental health suffer, and the longer it goes, the greater I suffer. Healthy keto and intermittent fasting did wonders for my overall mental and physical health. Also, there was a time I unknowingly took an edible when I was in this really sick and unhealthy stage and it had amazing effects within 30 minutes to an hour. Memory recall, speech, and socialbility felt normal for once in a long time and it made/makes me wonder about the medicinal benefits of thc and cannabinoids on gut inflammation and brain health. Parents of autisic children have came out and praised marijuana as a therapy for their autistic childs symptoms and when gut health and autism are linked along with my own expereinces of being unhealthy and having autisic like symptoms when unhealthy, it makes me believe that marijuana needs much more study and federally legal recognition across the states for benefits for health issues. It reslly calmed my nervous system down and tapped into a part of me that had been missing for a while. Again, it needs more research because I don't know what the long term effects of edible marijuana use for issues like mine would be. Very well just could be a bandaid and I wouldn't want to be dependent on any drug for life, but what it did for me that day gave me much needed releief and the ability to socialize with friends and be myself again. Edit: Also, I've experimented fasting a few days a few times eating only bulgarian yogurt with fried zuchinni and fried peppers inside and I've never had any other yogurt, probiotic, or food take away the feelings of inflammation, neck pain and fibromialgia like symptoms like Bulgarian yogurt did those times. It seemed to improve those issues as my neck stiffness and pain aren't near as bad anymore even when binging on junkfood, which in times past would drastically increase pain, stiffness, and inflammation in my neck and overall body, but specifically neck and groin were where the most stiffness and pain would occur. Again, it's improved a ton and not near as bad when binging on junkfood. Honestky feels to have disappeared🤷🏾‍♂️

Everything else is what I’ve been experiencing to the t. I cannot wait to try this and see if it helps. Thank you so much you guys.💯‼️‼️💯‼️‼️💯

That's amazing! About 3yrs ago I bought a book about vitamins. I was extremely stressed by several issues. So I bought a vit B complex with a slightly higher dosage than standard and I also immediately better. Also electrolytes or even just a glas of salt water helped greately. In about the same year I had some blood work done with a normal GP and they strangely didn't find much, just som3 vit d deficiency. But obviously had no desire to dig deeper. Meanwhile I came across Functional Medicine. Bingo! 😊 Gr4at stuff 🙏

I'm glad that you enjoyed the interview, thanks you Evelyn. Sometimes is just as small as a deficiency in certains vitamins or in specifics gut bacterias that result in big changes on a daily basis.

I also had a similar problem to his. I was constantly fatigued and had pain in my head and all around my face I had so much anxiety and sleeping problems as well and I was also depressed but I got over it. I suffer from TMJ disorder and It made such an impact on my life. I couldnt go back to irl school and I had to finish school from home. I went to a lot of doctors. Had multiple scans and got subscribed alot of medication but none of this was working. I did some research and found out I had the exact same symtomps as TMJ disorder. I was so relieved to find out exactly what I was dealing with. These types of situation are really common and I dont know why people arent talking about this. Im so glad your covering these types of topics because it made my life miserable dealing with this everyday without having any awnsers on how to fix it.

@@partdeux992 My comment got censored for giving a website link. Oh s fellow march 2020 we are the original COVID victims 😃 I was prescribed antibiotics recently and have not taken them yet as considering natural antibiotics too.. but first wanted to get a 15 min free consultation with a UK based integrative medicine clinic with vast experience of SIBO and digestive issues called ibsandsiboclinics if you look up. After that I plan high dose probiotics Called Visbiome in the US and UK Vivomixx . I may consider after the Thiamine discussed in this video. How are you feeling? Was long covid the issue?

@@partdeux992Sorry to hear that. Rifaxamin is the best conventional antibiotic for SIBO. The other option thinks like oregano supplement, Neem etc I think working with a functioning medical doctor is the best as others throw antibiotics at it only . They would look at the root cause of the guy issues

@@partdeux992 I took natural supplements like oregano Neem and probiotics. Aire 2 device can help monitor SIBO levels daily though
