I am so sorry if my question is intrusive you don't have to answer but is it because of covid ?
@au_barb
@au_barb Год назад
@@lyna7038 Yes, disabled and chronically ill people are at very high risk of severe complications from covid. We really need everyone to still be masking in public, particularly if you've refused the vaccines but even if you've had them. As Jessica said it's literally the bare minimum people can do. 💖

A quarter life crisis is a real thing, I definitely went through one! It sounds like we had similar childhoods so I feel you there too. Hang in there because it does get better! I'm 32 now and think I feel in my 30s how I expected to feel when I was in my early 20s. I personally like a good self help book so a few of those got me through it. Thanks for all your relateable content, I always love your longer chatty videos!

I’m 23 and I feel the same way, I feel in a funk for a while but it’s ok not know the answer for everything we’re still young and figuring ourselves out! Try not to be so hard on yourself, I know easier said then done. But I believe in you!! You are so motivating and remind me to love myself the way I am! And the way you hype us up, we will hype you up ❤

We are always “growing up” no matter how old we are. Always going through phases that make us look at ourselves “like, self, wtf?”. Retrospective regret sucks…as does present and yeah, future regret. The thing I would say is, have a juice pouch and dino shaped nuggies without feeling anything about it besides- that was delicious. I spent my younger years trying to fit in and wasn’t very good at it. And the group I did fit in was a group, at the time, that was kicked around by every other group (talking middle to high school). Even finding things I liked to wear was hard then, because every clothing store was selling fluorescent colored things. “Don’t you have this in black?”. Oof. So, embrace your uncertainty about yourself maybe, because you are creative and lovely and fantastically nice and when you come out on the other end, you’ll be awesome

HEEELP why did I manifest this, you’ve made me realize I’m also going through that too! I can relate to everything, I thought I was in a rut or just stuck with some like summers block but no I’m lost. Have a life crisis sucks, but we’ll get out of it soon. Also I love your painting wall it’s so precious EEEEE 💗

I know you've had this haircut for a while, but I need to acknowledge how hot it is. It's such a vibe, and I love it. Your style honestly just inspires me to rethink the closet I have and how I can reuse pieces in a more interesting way. Even if you're just figuring things out for yourself, thanks for taking us along for the ride! (I'm turning 20 next month myself, and it's honestly such a weird mental shift to get around. Thanks for keeping it real. It makes me less worried about "how much of an adult I am" or "am I doing things right?" You're just doing. So thanks 😅)

Juice bags and veggie nuggets are fine. I think being in your 20s is realising that adults are just big kids. Im 44 years old and let me tell you, Im not how I thought grown ups was supposed to be. My kid grew up, left home and I immediately started doing stuff like have ice cream for breakfast and wearing my cute teddy bear onesie and playing Fallout all weekends. 😅

Perfectly said and 51 is the same! Not much changes with true personality. That is developed young in life. I think we keep wondering when that changes, and it most likely doesn’t. I remember my grandma looking in the mirror and saying who is that old lady. She still felt like she was 12 years old in an 78 year old body💔Just relax into your beautiful self❤️❤️❤️and keep plugging along. It goes fast😊

I just got back from goodwill like 20 minutes ago! I couldn’t fully try my items on in store but they worked out 😌 also I’m always on this roller coaster of not feeling like myself to feeling like myself more than I ever have and it does affect me so I’m happy to hear you speak on that. Don’t be afraid to feed your inner child and flourish in a way that’s truly you 💐 Wish you the best beautiful 💗

I've been going through the same issues for a couple of years now. I almost feel like a chameleon in the world, trying out different pieces of people to see if it fits me. I also had an interesting childhood, so I feel like a lot of people feel this same way in the world. Don't be afraid to do "childish things" if they bring you joy and peace ✨️

First : 25 is young. 2nd : No one have their shit together all the time and you dont need to. At 20 I did studied textile print and design. Then I decide it was not for me then found a job teaching skate. I told myself I will do that untill I found what to do in life. 25 I had no idea what to do with my life and I traveled a lots. At 30 I had a bad break up and lived on a van beside my job for 2 months. At 32 I quit my job but they call me back. At 33 I got sick from thyroïd problem, lost my job after 10 years working there and my boyfriend whent back to his contry. At my 35 birthday, I was in Brazil doing the world championship skateboarding and that year I did just Contest/roadtrip and small gigs. At 36 the pandemic started and I went back to school. I am a welder now but still figuring out what I will do with my life. I have no regret.

🌹CIAO BELISSIAMA 🌹 Love your energy and I'm in a fashion and life rut since gaining mad weight (your girl used to be a C cup now I'm rocking Double Donks) in a matter of 6 months due to real life sh!t Since you mentioned Italy, my style icon is currently The Pasta Queen tbhshe is so effortlessly Nonna (grandma) chic but mixed with vintage Italian femme romantic glam. My goal for spring is to thrift pieces like hers ( assuming hers cost an arm and a leg). The peasant blouses and the head scarfs ugh and the opulent jewelry. I want to live vicariously through you this spring 😂

I think with thrifting you just have to persevere. Also don’t discount Facebook marketplace and garage sales. And 20’s and early 30’s are full of identity crises- especially if your life isn’t following the standard path of “go to college, get married, have kids, etc.” (mine didn’t). Glad you have a nice trip to look forward to, tho. I’m so so jealous! Having my own crisis over here - aging parent problems. Not fun. 😕

i wont downplay how hard and confusing and scary it can be to not know who you are, especially as (what sounds like to me) a parentified child who never had permission to be who they were but instead became whoever/whatever the given moment called them to be. cause… yea… that sucks and thats sort of… i mean yeah, thats traumatic. but umm it can suck a little less when you have a safe space to just not know. to not have a ton of pressure to know who you are, and to give yourself permission to take as long as you and your mind and body need to discover that. you get to discover her!! as hard as it is … idk im excited for you because it will be okay and i think your journey has been and will continue to be a beautiful one!!! i hope things get easier and easier as you keep having these epiphanies and taking care of and discovering yourself

I just wanted to tell you that its perfectly normal to feel how you feel. I spent a lot of my young adult like trying to figure out who I am. I was always just trying to like what my friends liked or dressing how I felt like I should to fit in. I only wore neutral shadows because my friends did, now I love every color and rainbow eyeshadow palettes. I have always tired to be someone else. I just turned 40 and am finally, through therapy and rediscovering my favorite band(Hanson) after 20 years of missing out that I can b who I want. I love 90s music, and fashion and that is when I was truly happy so I am just going back there in my fashion as well. I want to be happy for me, not for trends or for popularity. I am me and I am becoming the best happiest version of myself. Keeping being true to you, you may seem lost but you are right where you need to be. Look into your heart and remember who you are in the most happiest moments and you will reconnect with that person again. I am plus sized as well and i admire you so much for your bold and beautiful fashion choices. i hope that one day I can have the confidence you have in dressing. Well, except for heels. if i wear heels...I will fall down, lol. Just keep your head up, You got this.

I think what helped me a lot is kind of trying out a bunch of stuff and being honest with myself about whether or not i love it , rather than trying to look for other people as inspiration , also in the seasons when we change we kind of resemble a cake mix , it has all the ingredients but its not edible nor has a shape , so it could be youre changing and its normal to feel estranged from yourself ❤

How old are you again? I’m 28 and I’m feeling like I’ve only JUST started to figure out my identity in the last year. I remember feeling so unbelievably overwhelmed and influenced by everything around me and I romanticized everything to the point of obsession into I realized I don’t actually like it, I liked it because someone else did. The biggest thing that has calmed me is decluttering and minimalism in my life. With less options, I feel SO much better. I’ve also been diving into more quality pieces of natural materials and less polyester. If it’s adorable but it’s itchy or sticky I’m NEVER going to get wear out of it. You’re already doing it right by shopping second hand, but it’s a journey. I pray you find peace at the end of the tunnel soon! We’re rooting for you ❤

I feel like my life has been an ongoing identity crisis. I relate so much to not being able to really have an identity as a child outside of my trauma and being forced to be an adult. As I've aged I find I've taken bits and pieces from my friends or RU-vidrs/influencers that I like and have tried to mold them into who I think I am or want to be, but honestly I wonder if we ever find our Self. Perhaps we'll always be evolving, growing, and changing and maybe that means we'll always be asking "who am I?" Idk. I'm trying to find peace in not knowing and joy in the journey and discovery.

So, what are you LOOKING for when it comes to plus-size stores? I get the feeling you're probably not as goth as I am, so sending you to Foxblood probably won't help out. But what about My Violet? The same company (they make their clothes either in the US or in a factory they own in Istanbul, and they're committed to living wages and you know, being decent people, regardless of the country they're in), but My Violet is colorful cotton candy princess. I'm sure you know of all the fast fashion places and are trying to stay away from them. The other places that come to mind would be Holy Clothing and Jessakae, though they can be pricier since again, sustainable, living wages, etc and yada. Have you ever considered a sewing machine and buying thrifted pieces that don't fit, but modifying them to fit you? There's a girl who does this up in Canada, making somewhat witchy, layered skirts out of multiple skirts of different fabrics and material - as long as she has a waistband, she's good, and the effect is quite ethereal.

Since you posted a month ago and I'm italian I wanna warn you that depends where are you going in Italy it's gonna be a little cold, it's kinda early for cotton summer dresses. Since I live in Tuscany, wich is one of the most visited regions, you totally need a light jacket in here right now. Also, if I may, I want to tell you to not deny you "childish" foods ❤ you are an adult, but you are also the same person that you were as a child, so it totally make sense that you still like some foods that you liked before 😊 you are not less adult by eating them and it does not define you as child 🌸 food must be enjoyed. Have a nice trip in Italy!! 🥳😁

Felt tbh. It's hard looking back on your childhood and realizing that you cannot and will not get a do-over to have the childhood you wanted to have. Even if people are constantly talking about "healing their inner-child" (which is also awfully overused, as all psychology terms on the internet) enjoying the things you used to as a child does not alleviate that... grief? for me at least. Directionlessness is supposed to be fairly normal but being unemployed, living through Covid, impending World War (once again), while the economy is crumbling and the climate change is causing global crisis' ......... well 🤠🤠 let's say it's not exactly easy-living atm.
