Started with the pandemic didn't it? Mine did and I haven't been able to shake it in 3 yrs. Something made my system constantly inflamed, suddenly and without warning. I'm in the process right now of exercising, eating well, and losing weight to see if that clears the inflammation.
@@BluesTheBestBoyIGuess I hadn’t realised that but yes - it did start with the pandemic! That’s something I hadn’t thought of before. I also need to lose weight and get exercising. Good luck! I hope yours gets better too.
Mine started long before the pandemic and continues to this day. Consider confounding variables… pandemic lead to increased stress, inactivity, sugar consumption and weight gain. All of which wreak havoc on your gut.
Omg, thank you for this. I've suffered with this for more than 3 years and LPR was never offered as a possible culprit by my doctor. I was prescribed Flonase ans other decongestants and nothing ever helped. I will be starting this treatment today and hopefully it will stop it. Thank you ❤❤❤
Proton pump inhibitors work only for acid reflux (GERD). Silent reflux (LPR) is caused by pepsin not acid, so PPIs do not work. I wonder why PPIs are recommended so much. They have placebo efficiency for LPR. If you are aware of any medication for LPR please let me know.
Maybe it’s post nasal drip. I’ve got something going on and it’s hell. About the PPI…..instead of lowering stomach acid, try slowly increasing it with apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning. Go slow.
I'm quite sure mine is just post nasildrip from my allergies. I get them both. but one side of my nose is always blocked up. When I have issues with acid reflux my chest fells bad and have burping 😢
