@bikegrowrich i just got my thule chariot sport, very similar to the cross, double verson. The bottom or floor seems like fabric just under a lot of tension, very tight. Have you found any problem then your kids standing on it so they can get in and out themselves? Is tthe floor sturdy enough ?
How is the leg room for the little ones? Also would like to see the recline function. Does the seat sit fully upright, and fully flat when fully declined?
Hi Aaron, the leg room on the Cross is considerable. There is definitely enough room for kids up to 7 years old (I've put my friend's 8-year old in there). The reclining does not go all the way flat, but it is not completely upright either. I'd say it's a comfortable recline amount. Many kids do fall asleep in these (my kids included). The Cross does recline a bit, but it's not so significant.
For suspension, I would definitely go with either the Thule Chariot Cross or the Hamax Outback. Both are excellent trailers and strollers with suspension, but I like the Hamax a bit more. It's quite a bit heavier than the Chariot Cross, but I'm okay with that :)
@@BikeGrowRich are you familiar with Qeridoo products? They look pretty legit. The Hamax looks dope. I saw one in action just yesterday. I like the jogger option but curious that the front wheel does not pivot. Our BOB does. Seems weird. Also, it weighs nearly 40lbs. I'm thinking about my lady having to deal with that when she's on her own. Could get taxing...
Great review: but 2 points to mention: 1. Always read the manual...... 2. When adding the ball system to the back wheel attach the pin top down and thereby reducing drop out due to gravity or rough terrain. check out ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-441a2eU3YWo.html @ 3.22
