Just ordered the front H&R sway bar. In regards to the rear A90 sway bar, did it just bolt on or any modification needed? Also ordered SPL sway bar end links 😈
The OEM A90 rear sway is the exact same shape as the G20, just slightly thinner compared to OEM M340i RWD. Be warned that assuming your car’s balance is similar to stock, pairing an aftermarket A90 rear sway bar with H&R’s front bar will make the car oversteer happy. My car had way more understeer than both stock and out of the box ohlins due to my spring rates, so this setup just made it slightly oversteer bias.
Any reason to stick with 0W-40 over 5W-40 oil weight? I've ran 5W-40 on my VW for years and recently switched to an M340i myself and have heard mixed things about which oil weight to go with on track.
