I have a list called week, where I configure each day Monday/Tuesday... would I be able to put the same task like "wake up at 9:00 am" every day? I wanted it to appear every day, you know, like a routine and I can't find how! thank u so much

Thanks for the weekly tips, I enjoy them! I have a specific question regarding sub-tasks. E.g. I set up a recurring morning routine (main-task), with sub-tasks 1. doing calisthenics, 2. shower, 3. eat breakfast, etc. I don't always do every sub-task of the list, but I would like to track what I did and what I skipped. When I check off the main task, TickTick checks off ALL sub-tasks as well :\

You're better off using TickTick's HABITS feature for that. It allows you to create separate habits with sections for times of day, habit goals & logs to see what you did (not do). Video on it coming soon, or sign up for my course (covered in lesson 4.5): lucasprigge.com/ticktick-course

Appreciate your videos. Is there a way to create a full day template, which includes multiple tasks from different lists, that can be moved around on the calendar?

I don't think so, templates are constrained to one task/note. Though they can contain sub tasks with different due dates each, they cannot be placed into different lists in one go. The closest you can get to your approach would be to create a list that operates as a template, with different sections dedicated to different parts of the day perhaps, with associated tasks containing due dates/times so they are also visible on the calendar that you can then duplicate each time you want to use it.

being a ticktick user i know only 1 way its possible thats by using HABITS (not possible for TASKS unless you assign different tasks for each hour of your requirement and repeat them daily). it has ability to set reminders like you asked check it out. but downside for habits is you cant delay them you either do them or they are dismissed

As of right now you cannot set multiple due times within the same day for the same task. The closest solution is to create multiple different tasks with the exact same name, and have them repeated at your desired interval & timing. Example, you want a task to repeat every day on 10:00 AND on 18:00 Task 1: "My Task" due every day at 10:00 Task 2: "My Task" due every day at 18:00 If you want to be extra careful with not marking off the wrong one, you could add the time to the task name as well.

I like your tips but these are all for the desktop version. It would be much more helpful to show the apps on the phone, since a lot of apps are limited or have different interfaces
