This is officially the most unique alpha tik toker I’ve ever seen. But in all seriousness he’s absolutely right about relationships with professors. I’ve gotten out of a lot of bad spots by spending time with professors in office hours once a week
@@loveableheathen7441 I’ve learned to tame my gag reflex for the male ones. Really a life saver. There’s some good instructional videos out there. They will ensure better grades
I want this, but for everything "nerdy" or "geeky". Just one guy who makes it seem like the most badass shit ever to get the best grades, or get a high score in a video game, or saved the most animals in the wild. I don't know, but I love this dude's energy and wish more people had it, specifically for stuff that wasn't stupid.
"I use class as an opportunity to meet someone new, to learn something new." This guys heart is in the right place and I love what he's doing, but what a wild statement given that's essentially the only 2 reasons people go to a class lol.
Seems like a pretty wholesome story. I'm so jaded from continuous bad news and hearing dark secrets about people who came off as decent and kind I feel like I'm always waiting for the shoe to drop. I think he's genuine though.
I love that this seems to work and I’m all for it! That being said, “I have this mindset that when I go to class, I’m going to try and learn something new.” And everyone nodding like they’ve just heard some sage wisdom is hilarious.
This is what I wish all alphas/chads were like. I needed this boost of positivity this morning thanks Gunnar! Also, so glad your second channel is blowing up. I’ve been binging it nonstop and every single video is such a banger. Appreciate you bro!
7:43 he’s actually right about this. If you get to know your professor in a friendly level and pay attention and do good in class they will give you leeway. My wife was given almost a year to make up the projects she missed because we had a baby.
With the cost of college these days, I’m surprised not more students are like this. The way so many college men seem money obsessed lately (like with crypto, the market, drop shipping, etc), you would think they realize the value of money a little more. They don’t seem to acknowledge the literal dollars they’re paying to attend every single class. Im sure it’s bc they’re young, or a lot might have scholarships covering a large portion or something so they don’t care. But it has always surprised me the cost of college doesn’t ever seem like an incentive to actually learn in each class. Wether you survey a state college or some huge university, I think you’d get similar attendance, late to class, missed assignments, etc numbers. Im glad Brad is out here making it cool to actually use what you’re paying for. Whatever works I’m down for.
I feel like this type of person is fun online but if you knew them irl it'd be annoying. If they were in my circle while I was in college I would actively try to fail my classes out of spite.
Real talk: I’m a teacher… this guy gets it. Going to school is your earliest chance to start networking. If you build a good rapport with your teachers, we will, UNDOUBTEDLY, give you wild leeway. If I know you, if you come to class, pay attention, and for whatever reason, you miss an assignment, I will bend backwards to help you get caught up. You sleep every class, you skip every day? Good fucking luck.
dang it i wrote this after pausing moments before the part of the clip where someone in chat says the exact same thing. will i ever have an original joke in my life?
I used to get to my classes 30-45 minutes earlier than the time it was supposed to start, i would just get there, see the class being occupied by another group of students for another major, wait 15-20 minutes and then get in, then i just sit there in silent with my thoughts until one of my classmates walked in, in my own head getting to class earlier than everyone else made me hotter and more attractive to the girls in my class, but soon after i found out that's it was a complete waste of time, no one cared. So i stopped doing it. I can only imagine how getting to class 1 hour early would feel like.
You not see them actively participate in the conversation, smiling? Its college dude, if they didn't wanna be there they wouldn't have to, "academic weapon 101" isn't mandatory on anyone's curriculum.
Regarding the ''greek philosopher incarnate in a gym bro's body'', don't you see? Greek philosophers were the original gym bros. Plato was known to be jacked.
