💀 💀waited their whooole life.. saved up the money, got the days off from work, flights and hotel paid for, even brought their spouse along that they’re possibly going to propose to at an upscale restaurant after the show ends 👀 They finally take their seat in the crowd, hyped af “babe we did it. We’re actually here! 😮” ...and these fools come out dressed like some thrift store clowns 😆 With this odd, over the top excitement and fake laughter, a cringe monologue about a heartless wife that drags on entirely too long, and ends with an awkward broken nose bit from a ‘pie in the face’ gone wrong. Whole time you can’t tell if they’re serious or fucking around 🤣🤣🤣 And then you have people like me, that would pay just about anything to see them bois in person.. let alone on an iconic late night talk show 🤧

lol. I highly disagree. I find them extremely unfunny and overrated. I dont think there is anything wrong with liking them though. But to the guy who says they pioneered comedy for your generation? That's crazy. They are not as original as he seems to think. Hell, even this very interview is derivative of Will Ferrell's guesting shtick. Right down to the coming out in a funny costume, and acting surprised when the host mentions it. Then trying to be funny, while getting distracted over something happening in his personal life. Seriously. It was all exactly like the stuff Ferrell does when he's a guest on talk shows. Except funny. lol sorry for that last jab. But I just really dont like them. Im just a little pissed that they are getting credit for a form of comedy that they did not invent, and especially did not perfect. It wouldnt be so bad if I thought they were funny. But they definitely arent IMO. Plus Tim Heidecker is a HUGE asshole in real life. And it's always bullshit when people like that are successful.

Are you kidding? Have you watched watched their stuff? They go so much beyond anything people like Ferrell and Carrel do. Don't get me wrong, I like both of these guys, but Tim and Eric are something else. You could consider them borderline-insane, they tickle a part of your brain no other comedy does. It's disgusting, discomforting, disarming and hard to look at, it's self-contained mimikry of popular culture, de-fragmented and highly damaged. And still - there is a common canon to everything they do. Nothing compares to their little island on adult swim. Take Dr. Steven Brule as another example. Comedy art of the highest caliber.

beautiful, iconic, timeless, innovative, creative, spectacular, amazing, awesome. this is why i love tim and eric. they took something cliche and overdone like the scary clown and did it in a way that no one's done before. anyone can put on a clown costume and cackle while holding a knife, but divorce, infidelity and breaking your nose are real fears and that ties beautiful into Bedtime Stories, the show they are promoting.

This went probably as smoothly as any of the characters they've played on talk shows who end up upset or arguing with each other. Such good boys. Personally I wish I was inside that clown suit with Eric ;)
