Timballo Casserole - Hearty Italian Pasta
olive oil
40 oz Marinara Sauce
8 oz spaghetti
1 cup onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
4 oz can mushroom pieces
2 oz can sliced black olives
1 cup pepperoni slices, diced
9 oz box frozen chicken strips, thawed and cooked
16 oz package shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan cheese
 Preheat oven to 350°. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain spaghetti and stir in marinara sauce. Mix in onion, pepper, mushrooms, black olives, pepperoni, and cooked chicken.  Pour into a cast-iron skillet or a 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with Mozzarella Cheese and sprinkle generously with Parmesan Cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned around edges.
