Paul is absolutely correct. A woman could leave her newly born child on the doorstep of her local fire department with a cute little note attached...and she would be off the hook for any liability or consequences.
They have a choice at every step of the way. They decide who they are intimate with, then they decide if they take contraceptives, then they decide if they take plan B, then they decide whether to delete it. So many choices, yet the father is on the hook if they don't take any of those choices.
I used to work at an inner city Chicago hospital. One woman left her newborn in the dumpster. The janitor saved the kid*s life because he heard crying just before flipping the switch. Instead of advocating abandonment, how about a little forethought and responsibility?

After my divorce in 2016, i was in a really bad place emotionaly and financially(the emotional element being the worse of the 2). When i went looking for answers, paul was the only one around at the time that had the ability to explain what was happening to me. Glad to see he's still around.
Amen. I have been arguing for this for decades. If a woman has the right to keep or kill a child and the man has no choice, that isn't equality. If he decides he doesn't want the child he should be able to walk away. No parental rights, no child support no legal obligations. I bet this change would make many women be more selective of the men they choose to procreate with.
Every time I see one of these videos bringing to light the immature nature a lot of women operate on, I’m reminded of the movie ‘As Good As It Gets’. At 48 years of age, I thank God for *NEVER* having allowed me to give into any of my ex's demands to get married and especially to have kids. I admit that I am man of many defects. One thing though, I made it to 48 with absolutely no offspring and am proud of that one thing. Knowing I owe ZERO child support payments and have not created a brand new life who will have to deal with the miseries today's world can't fix that get worse every day. A talk show host once said when you hear "I WANT TO FEEL YOU," that is code for "I want to feel YOUR WALLET for the next eighteen years." He was right.
The sad thing is when some dude wanted kids badly and then his wife just takes it away with the help of the government. To men who chose not to have kids I say they can’t go wrong with that decision.

Same here. I'm 57, with no children and no wife, and no one demanding my income to sustain her, and no bitch rummaging through my possessions to separate them from me.

See, I no longer have a late mother who used to distribute my clothes and possessions to others without my permission and carelessly pack other possessions and send them to a musty old basement prone to flooding (which happened), and later throw away furniture and clothes I stored in her basement without EVER discussing the matter with me. I also no longer have a wife who yells at me and tells me my books, DVDs, videos, and CDs are demons possessed and must be thrown out immediately. Needless to say, I got mine in the end. I divorced my ex-wife and left her with no alimony at all - kicked her through the uprights and won the game! As I was my late mother's power of attorney, I had to sort through her junk to find important documents and get us ready to have the mortgage company foreclose on her old house - a real money pit - and while discussing matters with her, gave or threw away possessions we no longer used. This made both of our moves out of that house much easier. After she died, I ditched the rest of her items except for two dressers, two recliner chairs, and a table, and a small chest of drawers. Those women are GONE. I have MY POSSESSIONS. I avoided MASSIVE PROBATE HEADACHES, TOO!

Thank you Paul I really wish I could share my story with you. I really used to be embarrassed by it but over time I’ve been able to talk about it. Thank you for everything that you are doing. In the future when they study and look back on this society and the destruction of men and children I hope that they see the intelligence and effort in your work. I've seen a pro-choice feminist stand against men having the right to a financial abortion using the argument that if men didn't want to have a baby, then they should have used protection or have been more careful. Of course she was completely oblivious to the fact that these are the same arguments pro-lifers would apply to women seeking an abortion. Yet another example of feminist misandry, sexism and hypocrisy.

It doesn't make the devorce any less stressful but has helped with coping with the pain of separation. My wife was diagnosed with Boarder line personality. I just heard of another case of a post-birth abortion. The 3 year old was no longer useful or just too much trouble. The fact that women can use a child for leverage or benefits has created a sliding scale of morality. (Terrible English, but you know what I mean.)
Good content. I pay have paid and will continue to pay for 2 months and 2 yrs. I never see my child, won’t answer texts or anything. So I pay, and I think they think this act will humble me or punish me internally, did for 6 months but now I’m numb( they didn’t calculate numbness). There’s an unintended consequence in this near prostitution of a father’s love, his child and earnings sent digitally to a woman with no heart. She gets to write the perfect “ deadbeat dad” narrative, and my numbness only adds a reflection of truth. Thank you. Chin up, Amor Fati.

I am an alienated father. I guess I am just another statistic. I fall along the category of men who love their children but the mother has poisoned the children against the father. I wish society would care more about men but they don't. You are absolutely right, the best response for us to have is to not marry and do not have children. Eventually society will be forced to put themselves in our position and see how unfair things have been for us men.

To be fair, if your daughter was raped, I'm sure you wouldn't want that baby. Abortion isn't just "I want to not have the responsibility of being a mother" it's more than that.
This is not coming from a point of anger. In the most simplest way I can explain to you men. The ship called Titanic of your life, there is "no" lifeboats for men.... period.
The only way a man will get custody of his own child is if the mother abandons that that child. This however is another form of female entitlement because the mother is not held accountable for child support, where as the man would be imprisoned. A mother can walk away at any time without consequences. I am a single father with sole custody for this reason. The judge laughed hysterically when I asked about child support. He stated, "I can award it, but you know you'll never see a dime." He was simply acknowledging the reality that the legal system will not enforce accountability from a woman who abandons her child.
Yup they all know that the truth is family court is completely unfair to men apparently they get bigger pensions through title 4d to keep pushing this unfairness.

Confirmed Bachelors/MGTOW’s are not about hatred. It’s an UNDERSTANDING of many Modern women, popular society, and the family courts. It’s a life-path decision based on that understanding. It’s not much of an egomaniacal argument either. IT’S ABOUT COLD LOGIC and UNDERSTANDING. Smart guys are not in the market for most modern North American Women anymore. While most gals were out spending their 20’s partying their ass off with bad boys, working a job, and accepting little responsibility, we cultivated a career. And we worked really really damn hard to get into higher levels of responsibility & pay. Now we (I) have a career, earned several homes, cars, lots of vacation time, and a retirement. We (I) am stable. We wants to give a ton of emotional support. We want to love and be loved. But we know better. That’s what this society has taught men and women. The contemporary Criminal Justice/Social climate is very much against men. The courts still treat women as if their economic wellbeing is dependent on the man (it’s not like that anymore.) We risk losing more than half of everything we’ve slaved to earn, and around half of what we will earn. The courts still treat women as victims. If a woman say’s, “He raped/beat me” (1) we are seen as guilty in the public’s eye. Any lawyer worth their salt will tell you when a client sits in the defendant’s chair the jury sees them as 50/50 guilty/innocent. That’s a big jump “innocent until proven guilty.” A false rape claim is not merely an attack on a man’s character. It’s an attempt to kidnap, imprison, emotionally torture, and destroy an innocent man. (BTW, This comes at the cost of the credibility of all women who truly endure such horrors.) It is a profoundly evil act and yet there are rarely any real consequences for women who make false rape claims. (2) If cohabitating, we will be barred from our own home immediately and without a judges decision. (LET THAT SINK IN. WHERE ARE GOING TO GO?) (3) We will be suspended from our career pending the legal outcome. It might take a year or more. (4) We might have our beloved children taken away too. Put yourself in our shoes ladies. How’d YOU like that? (That’s role reversal for the purposes of understanding.) NOT HATE. COLD LOGIC. PROVE US WRONG PLEASE. If women were really about equality, they’d be screaming about mens equality, not just enjoying the elements of the social order that benefit them. Resources men spent their life building can be cruelly snatched away from us by sneering lawyers, judges, and their own wives, desperate to abandon them at the first opportunity that a richer man comes along. Smug, twisted smiles of greed and barely-concealed hatred accompany the clawed hands, grabbing hungrily at the fruits of the man’s labor, the sweat off his brow and back, meant to be shared by a loving couple raising a family, now cruelly stolen away by unfeeling harpies screeching for more even as their ill-gotten gains, overflowing their grasp, tumble to the ground all around them. All while the judges self-righteously admonish then men if they don’t pay regularly, and on time, their very freedom will be taken from them. And they must pay, even when under lock & key, unable to toil for the resources that (so many, but not all) women covet so selfishly. The woman a man marries, will not be the one they divorce. Women who lie undermine the integrity of all women. Honest women need to speak up and put the other gals in their place. Sound like a good deal there ladies? Yeah…but for who? Any person of reasonable caution will understand that men in western culture must work extremely hard to prove themselves and achieve consistent results in the face of adversity. It takes YEARS to accomplish this. Years to build resources. Talk with each other and ask, “How many families have you seen torn apart? How many of them were torn apart by the woman?” 75% of divorces are initiated by women and we know darn well that 75% of men are not the jerk who have it coming. Men are waking-up to it and we have women to thank for it. They do not love US! When the bank goes dry, so do they. (So much for “For richer or poorer and in sickness or in health.”) Any person of reasonable caution will understand that men are seeing so many families destroyed by USERY born from selfishness. What makes women think they deserve a good man when we see this? What makes people believe men aren’t gonna say, “Thanks…but no thanks. Not gonna deal with that level of self-entitled selfish attitude.” NOT HATRED. COLD LOGIC. Here's a true story: A man made a first date with a woman. They had that date. It went well enough for the man to make a 2nd date later. But he broke that date. That’s nothing new under the sun. Then she sued him for emotional distress for $10,000. That’s crazy of course. Eventually, so much was taken from men, that the covenant of marriage is no longer worth a man’s vow. A vow that’s broken by 70%-75% of married women. “It’s just not worth it!” men cry, speaking of the sacrifice of nearly EVERYTHING they have and are, for little benefit. NOT HATE. COLD LOGIC. Another true story: “She made life hell. She hid her bipolar from me until we were married and after the first kid was born. She was physically and mentally abusive to my daughter and I. The police supported her, only wanting to arrest ME for her violent behavior. She kidnapped my kids and moved them 1500 miles away without telling me where they went. She got full custody. I got ‘reasonable visitation’ which turned-out to be 12 days in 7 years. She was rewarded with 71% of my gross pay, leaving me sleeping in my car and on friend’s couches, and unable to travel the 1500 miles to see my beloved kids. She changed her number and screened calls so I could not talk to them on their birthdays or holidays. She told them I didn’t care about them, only the money… then when they turned 19 and the support ended, she kicked them out. I stayed. I stayed to protect them from her. I was always concerned as I slept that she would do something to me. I taught my daughters to crawl, walk. Ride a bike, read, write, count, add, run computer, paint colors, and to think critically. When they turned 19, they came to live by me. When they came to visit, they were amazed I had food in the house. Their mom spent $6,000 she got every month…and HUD paid the housing, the state paid their bills. All she had to pay for was food and car insurance. She made sure my daughters would never be able to have a good relationship. When we hear people blaming men for everything and running out on the kids, we don’t believe it anymore. We see it as the woman as the cause and trying to get sympathy for their bad choices. Very few man abandon their children. On the contrary, we are run-off by abusive women. It’s hard to believe that women are asking, “Where are all the good men?” Not where we were when we were stupid enough to chase you. We moved on. In the event of a major disaster where public evacuation is necessary, the safety of women is always made priority above men. What is the point of prioritizing the safety women above men if they can legally chose to abort babies after men have died to secure their lives. Isnt the whole purpose of "women first" solemnly due to their reproductive capabilities? Why is the notion of "My body my choice " only viable to women? It is incumbent upon men to surrender our lives and safety to preserve women to which we dont have a choice in what happens to our own bodies. The baby doesnt get a choice as to what happens to their bodies either, so why the hell do women think they are the only ones entitled to that courtesy .

The more I look at it the more I’m starting to see that male guilt and shame are behind much of the gynocentrism in this country. It’s what informs the desire to see women as innocent victims which is what drives a lot of misandrist policies. All the narratives from the media and messages from institutions perpetuate that same guilt and shame and gynocentric delusions. None of this is by accident.

I can't imagine such an opt-out period ever happening. It would be seen as state-sanctioned abandonment of women, regardless of whatever options she has. I think the response to demands for an opt-out period would be: "if you don't like it, stay celibate and single."

I was a young adult when he made this message, literally nothing's changed in all of that time. I'm a man and am still a firm believer that, once your semen leaves your body, it's no longer yours. So you better be goddamn careful where you put that stuff. Take responsibility and you'll be fine.
Men have 0 decision power over whether or not a child is made. And for the "hur-dur he should have kept it in his pants!" crowd... The Hermesmann v Seyer case was, in judicial terms, an adult woman in a position of explicit authority over a child using that position of authority to force him into having sex with her (statutory sexual assault). But since the sexual assault resulted in pregnancy, the victim had to pay child support to his rapist. Let me put it simply. A man could be unconscious from being slipped a Mickey without his consent or knowledge, or staring down Mossberg and his Sons, or held by a group in superior numbers, and either be too unconscious to notice or downright begging to the tune of "please, don't... I beg you, please don't!" and *still* be told he should have kept it in his pants. While most decent people would at least respect the decision of a man to not have sex with them, legally speaking, and again established by a precedent setting case in the Kansas Supreme Court, if you take criminal steps to bypass his refusal to consent, and the sex results in a child... He's still on the hook for child support. The decision of a man to have sex is, in pure legal terms, null and void and lacking in legally binding value. Whether he decided to, or was forced into it at gunpoint or molested after being slipped a mickey, is legally irrelevant. And since his decision is legally irrelevant, only his "participation" in the sex act being relevant... In legal terms, his right to keep it in his pants has no legal value and is not respected by the laws. Whenever you tell a man "you should have kept it in his pants", you are telling him to exercise a right he legally doesn't have. In legal terms, telling a man to keep it in his pants in the US of A makes about as much sense as telling a man living in a place where weed is illegal to medicate his condition with marijuana. Even if you were an actual doctor and your medical advice was 100% medically sound and marijuana was absolutely, positively, 100% the best treatment for his medical condition, your doctor's advice would still be 100% legally absurd if he doesn't have a legal right to follow it.

For man, the solution don’t get yourself deeply involved with females and if you do, make sure you don’t get them pregnant! With a lack of childbirth in this country that should get their attention that there is a problem, when they start complaining tell them, you always have the answers!
