There are a million ways to find food freedom and this is simply what has worked for me. There is nothing wrong with wanting to do what works for YOU, and that’s 180% okay if it’s not my way! Everyone is different. My approach is not a replacement is you’re suffering from an active eating disorder and need 1:1 attention from a certified eating disorder dietitian or other health professionals. While I am a Registered Dietitian, I do not specialize in active eating disorders.
