Three world-renowned type designers share their thoughts for the creation and role of typefaces, which reflect the times and are loved beyond time.
Matthew Carter, an Emiritus judge in the Type Design Competition 2024, talks about his timeless typeface designs and ideas with examples.
In addition to the existing Japanese and Latin categories, the Type Design Competition 2024 has newly opened the Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Hangeul categories, and is accepting entries until August 29, 2024.
