Meal of the day: hydrating vegetable medley
Ingredients: 🥒🫑🧅🫘🧂🥑
-1 whole cucumber (I take the skin off of the cucumber isn’t organic)
-1 bell pepper
-1/2 of a sweet onion
-juice from 1/2 of a lemon
-1 can of organic kidney beans
-salt
-Italian seasoning
-black pepper
-drizzle of avocado oil
Add all ingredients together, mix and enjoy!
