I always craved for the quiet confidence vibe cause it felt more like myself instead of going out of my way to show people how amazing I am via external things. Its been such an ideal to me. Im so glad you spoke about this. This mindset is helpful to the person embodying it cause its the true acceptance of who you are. And can I just say, I love whenever you do your hair and share it with us. As someone who was not familiar with afro textured haircare (cause its completely foreign to us where I'm from) Its so refreshing to see this and also helps me understand and appreciate the process and the dedication anyone with this hair type has. Understanding things like this helps all of us be more aware and respectful and supportive towards each other and create harmony in so many ways cause it expands to other aspects of different culture too.
