Can also do swings, throws, hit them with a hammer, slams, jump on them, put them on ur back while doing pushups, punch them, kick them- endless workouts with tires!!!
We used car tires and tractor tires in crossfit. Try hitting a tractor tire with a 20 pound sledge hammer alternating between left and right arm swings. Great for woodsplitting power!
