*Marinade voor kip:
- Zout - helft van 1/4 tl
- Suiker - helft van 1/4 tl
- Kippenbouillon poeder - helft van 1/4 tl
- Witte peper - snufje
- Shaohsing wijn - 1/4 tl
- Lichte sojasaus - 1/4 tl
- Sesamolie - 1/4 tl
- Baking soda - helft van 1/4 tl
- Maizena - 1/4 tl
* Smaakmakers - toe te voegen tijdens het roerbakken:
- Zout- 1/4 tl
- Suiker - 1/4 tl
- Kippenbouillon poeder - 1 tl
- witte peper - helft van 1/4 tl
- Sesamolie - 1 tl
- Shaosing wijn -1 tl
- Water - 70 ml
- Maizena mix - 1/2 tl maizena + 1 el water

- Cucumber - 50 gr
- Onion - 45 gr
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Ginger - 1 slice
- Chicken breast - 125 gr
*Marinade for chicken:
- Salt - half of 1/4 tsp
- Sugar - half of 1/4 tsp
- Chicken stock powder - half of 1/4 tsp
- White pepper - a pinch
- Shaohsing wine - 1/4 tsp
- Light soy sauce - 1/4 tsp
- Sesame oil - 1/4 tsp
- Baking soda - half of 1/4 tsp
- Corn starch - 1/4 tsp
* Seasoning - to be added during stir-frying:
- Salt- 1/4 tsp
- Sugar - 1/4 tsp
- Chicken stock powder - 1 tsp
- white pepper - half of 1/4 tsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp
- Shaosing wine -1 tsp
- Water - 70 ml
- Corn starch mix - 1/2 tsp corn starch + 1 tbsp water
