To MSI, I am disappointed....- Flickering screen at 144/120/60hz, MSI G271, NVIDIA RTX 3060 TI

Specs:
MSI G271
New DP cords
Nvidia RTX 3060 ti
I had to drop it down 120hz to not have that weird black screen flicker. Free sync is off on this monitor. I tried switching cords/ports and the problems were still the same. ALL Drivers are up to date. I tried Gsync on and off, still no difference. Never once dropped my monitor also. I used HDMI chords and the problems were not that bad but the lower screen was affected. Just with the new DP cords, it's literally affecting my whole screen. I have an LG ULTRAGEAR 24 inch and works fine.
UPDATE: 10/8/2021
At 120hz, it's starting to have the same effect on the lower screen very lightly. When I tried to go back to 144hz, it's even worse where 98% of the screen is black and 1inch from the top is flickering/static. I reset my Drivers & did not work (Win+Ctrl+Shft+B). I notice it pops up mostly on a youtube webpage/ video playing. Activating hardware acceleration on Chrome does some changes but the problem still came back. I screen recorded on OBS and it doesn't show up on playback so it's definitely the monitor in some way. At 60hz, no signs of it. Will keep updating for any solutions :(
April 30, 2022 update.......75hz starting to go out :/ looks like back to 60hz
August 2022: 60hz starting to go out..... :/
BIG UPDATE 8/17/2022:
I installed a new (actually slightly used) monitor. Its a MSI Optix G271C monitor. My old monitor as seen in the video is the MSI Optix G271. 144 HZ WOKRS. &&&& its a monitor issue.
However, I still do not trust MSI yet. Also I do have people telling me to try replace the power cable with the same or better one. It may be the fix.
IF YOU STILL HAVE A WARRANTY, please send it back to get it repaired or replaced through MSI RMA. Unfortunatly I couldn't bc I bought my old monitor through Facebppk Marketplace.

Update: (NEVER BUY THIS MONITOR) I sent it to msi a couple months ago payed a $100 some out of my pocket to have it shipped there when I got it back everything was working perfectly they even gave me a new stand, but about a month or two the issue came back TWICE AS WORSE it was only my task bar that was unseeable now it was half my screen and as of logging on today 1/4th of my screen at 120hz has begun to flicker. and yes it is the monitor I have tested it on multiple different devices such as an Xbox, laptop(AMD, NVIDIA graphics), desktop(INTEL, INTEL graphics), desktop(AMD, RYZEN graphics) and obviously my desktop(INTEL, NVIDIA graphics)

This problem has absolutely nothing to do with the type of screen, because I have a different screen with the same problem after a year of use. I am searching for many solutions about this. I have a screen from Philips 242m, and this screen was one of the most widespread products in our Arab region, and this problem appeared when changing the FPS to 144Hz. Now I use it at 135Hz only. Previously, the issue appeared rarely at 144Hz, but it has increased at the present time, and it does not work from the first 136Hz refresh rate until the 144Hz refresh rate. I have noticed a large number of users of different screens who have the same problem, such as: aoc, samsung, asus, msi, philips, gigabyte

The same exact problem started yesterday with my MSI G271, which I bought last November. I got that flickering screen just a couple times while I was gaming, and kinda forgot it after the session. Today it got much worse, I couldn't even watch youtube or open softwares without that flickering motion on my screen. I had no same problem with 60/120 Hz, only in 144 Hz. Underneath that horizontal line I had a real troubles to even move my mouse cursor. I've been trying every trick in this 5 hours (reinstalled drivers, resotred windows, replaced almost every component on my pc etc.), BUT when I changed my DisplayPort cable to a new one, the problem got fixed at least for now.

@@johnleesumibcay2232 Argh, youtube keeps deleting my replies, maybe because of that product link? Let's try again without it. 🤣Your cable might be damaged. Is your gpu connected with HDMI or DP? You can try to change a type of your cable connection. I'm pretty sure that even your local supermarkets have those cables for sale. You can try to change your current cable to a new one and place it to different ports on your monitor and graphics card. Mine gpu is mounted vertically, so I have that weird 90 degree angle DP-cable, titled: CableMod 45 Degree DP Cable 1.8m - BLACK.

I have 3 of the MSI G272's and only one is showing signs similar to this video. Through cable & computer swaps of ALL varieties the issue follows the monitor @ 144 (143.855 Hz) it is a hardware issue with the monitor itself. PS it runs fine on 120 (119.982 Hz)

@@johnleesumibcay2232 it has to do with the monitor itself. I have tested it with DisplayPort & HDMI (cable swap) with both the affected & unaffected monitor of the same model. The issue stayed with the problematic monitor. Moved the gear to another computer that has not had any other display issues (drivers or otherwise) same issue occurs with the monitor that glitches @144hz even after performing the same steps above. the other monitor is a twin to the other and it has no issues @144hz. I have been having the same problem, same monitor as yours, but mine has gotten to the 50hz limit and won't let me go up. What I have noticed that is weird is that the stutter and flickering happens less when the background is a lighter color, example I used to use everthing in dark mode and one day I just got onto facebook and noticed that it was less so I tried changing everything back to normal white backgrounds and it has worked but that doesn't change the fact that it still stays in 50hz and the flickering appears every once in a while, sadly I don't have warranty or anything since I live in a third world country, sucks
