With lots of discussion about the Toliss A321 NEO release scheduled for 12/15/2020 I thought I would take a little time to show you what it is exactly you are paying for. There have been discussions on the price of the "update" but I personally think this should be looked at more like an "Upgrade." There is more in this package than just an engine change. In this video I do my best to highlight some of the key new features you will be able to use.

Wow, a real Airbus Captain reviewing Flight Sim Addons. I can now trust your judgment on what is an approximation of these Airbus sim aircraft. I understand nothing will be like real thing of course but who's better than a Real life Airbus Pilot to show us the comparisons of Real versus Sim. Thanks for the product review, I am really interested in this now!

I love the subtle jab at the CFM engines with the IAE > CFM text on the screen and also the PW > LEAP :P

Thank you for making this video, I too was skeptical of the price until you livestreamed the NEO and really explained a lot of the smaller differences. I think a lot more people are going to buy it after this video for sure.

Thanks for the review. I ve been looking forward for this update since the release of the a321. Toliss' a321 and a319 are the reason I stick with Xplane. And the A321Neo becoming one of the most popular planes in the world its really nice to be able to fly it in a sim. Release could not come at a better time with germany going into hard lockdown tomorrow. Stay safe, stay healthy!

This looks really good. Glad to see those imperial units. You mentioned SimBrief. Does anybody know what NEO variants they are going to support? Great explanation of those flaps. You must have good sources! Presumably, the FUEL page of the ECAM is modified with tank layout to match which variant is selected. Might even be some changes on the overhead I’d guess. Hopefully no bugs got introduced. Now my curiosity is going crazy. I guess I know what I’m going to be doing next at the X-Plane store. Thanks.

Great point! It too is included, you are referring to the PW specific "Dual Cooling" prior to engine start. It indeed is modelled with that selected engine variant.

@@V1Sim yes, not necessary is dual cooling, can be single engine cooling, for example, i think there is only one company coming here in italy with the dual cooling p/b option, but as far as I know they are removing it because it looks like it gives a lot of problems

Hi, I have an issue here. I followed the instructions and installed the neo mod for the Toliss a321 correctly. However I get an error on loading of the aircraft which I can't remember but it barely loads anything and the cockpit doesn't display correctly after it loads. Have you experienced this issue? Please let me know ASAP!:) Thanks! -A TFS
