I'm pretty sure he's right given where we are in the liquidity cycle. Liquidity is only going to go up for the next 18 months so generally bullish.

Before making any investment, individual investors need to answer 2 questions: 1. How is the company making profits? 2. How much risk can I take? Else, why not follow Warren Buffet's advice and buy a S&P 500 market fund with low expenses, and invest every month. In the long run, you will be happy with the results.

I think we need to spend an episode examining what cash on the sidelines really means. It's an old broker trope that has no basis in reality. Every time someone sells and puts their money on the sidelines, someone else is pulling money off their sidelines and buying those shares.

I don't believe in anything people say on TV anymore. People's purchasing power is going down but stocks are making new highs all the time - at some point shit will hit the fan.
