I'm a 15 year old girl who is trying her best to lose weight. Maddie has inspired me so much to start working out and I'm getting my gym membership next week ♥️ just finished a standing abs workout, a 20 minute cardio workout and I'm now onto a arms workout 🤗♥️ Maddie has helped me so much. Even though I have a lot of fat on my stomach, my abs are slowly defining and it's all thanks to Maddie I love you all and I'm sending you lots of love from South Africa 🥰✨

Wow that's amazing today is my arms and legs I definitely recommend having certain days when you do something like me today is my arms and legs next week is my abs and booty I'm proud of you keep up the good work!!

Also you might not see progress sometimes but you can feel it and that's what mattes most is if you are healthy on the inside and good hygiene

if you really want next level toned arms and have weights you should use heavy weight low reps spread out over sets with a longer break in between... "toning" is really another word for strength and it's about nervous system training

2022 December Workout Challenge, Day 14 (completed on Day 13): ✅ Due to a knee injury from yesterday's workout and some menstrual cramping, today's HIIT + Abs was a definite no-go for me. So I switched the days out and did tomorrow's workout instead. I really enjoy this one. It's a nice, light workout for crappy days like today but it still provides a good burn. Thank you, Maddie 😌 I'd very much enjoy reading people's self-encouragements, if you'd all be so kind as to drop them below 👇🏻 My encouragement today is just a reminder that even small steps forward still gets me to my goal. And sometimes, slowing it down a bit creates more opportunity to enjoy the process.

I'm a 13 year old boy and I've been using ur videos every day for the past 2 years even when I'm super tired from doing things at home. These workouts have helped me improve in my speed, strength, flexibility and much more . Know when kids say it's hard to do simple workouts at my school it's just ezz for me . Thx so much 😊🙂

Awesome Maddie Thank you so much for everything once again I even kind of had the courage to change my profile pic lol. I still can’t believe it from 255 all the way down to 188 pounds and I’m still rockin. I do adjust the HIIT to my strength levels but the routines you provide work! Truth.

Maddie!! I have no idea how, but I did this workout (with another your workout on toned arms that you maked 2 years ago) for only 2 days and my arms are looking full of muscles now!! I don't know, what the heck happened. I always knew that I have strength, but I have never seen my muscles like that!! I love your workouts and I will continue with doing them!! Love yaa

Great arm workout. I loved the tricep moves which are often missing. I had forgotten about dips and the one-armed pushups! Will definitely do this again!

I use to do a lot of calisthenics. And this workout is just SO good no matter the level you are in. From beginner to advanced in a basic or advanced way in a sport/anything, this is really good.

Your calm and positive attitude really help me to keep on exercising...Unfortunately, a few weeks ago, I caught COVID and still haven't fully recovered. I just did this without dropping when we weren't supposed to lol definitely feel it i still gotta run so wish my luck with that but I've definitely improved my arms and my strength when I started this I had to drop my arms 10 minutes before the time was up but now I can do the whole thing only taking the breaks we get so proud of myself and anyone else don't feel bad if you drop your arms you will get there it's gonna take time of course you are stronger than you think!

I am new to strength training and love the short videos. 10 minutes is all I can do and am working to do them with good form. Can’t do the plank with rotating hands yet but am going to keep at it until ai can. Thank you for the great motivation ❤

Such a good burn in the arms! I only have a set of 3 and 5 pound dumbells so workouts with weights are limited. Workouts with bodyweight however will never cease to test my patience 😂 great workout! I'll be back to try again soon :)) ❤️
