mercedes crush on kurt was cringey but i liked that storyline tbh. the way they subtly referenced in in later seasons was really cute and i think it showed how open minded mercedes is, not assuming kurt's sexuality like everybody else did. as well as giving us an awesome solo

Excuse you Sue marrying herself was literally one of the best moments of the entire show and it made more sense than most of the show did.

Considering (if I recall correctly) Kurt wasn't out during "Acafellas", Mercedes' crush on Kurt wasn't cringy. You've gotta view it from a character stand point, Kurt isn't openly gay (at that point), and he was the only one the was actually being nice and hanging around Mercedes. So it's just natural that she'd develop a crush.

This list is a little weird. Yes things like the twerking, “you’re all minority’s” and of course PUPPETS. Deserve to be here but some of the stuff isn’t cringe it’s actually pretty self aware and satirical like Vitamin D, Terri is a literal parody personified. And Rachel & Will the whole plot is that’s she’s crazy. Also Sue marrying herself is far from cringy it’s ICONIC

I think the spanish episode was meant to show how clueless Mr shue was... but most of the stuff in this show dont make sense... Blane for example has like one different personality in each season...

Unpopular opinion: Mr. Schue rapping is actually pretty funny

Glee is on the level as Riverdale: Extremely Awful, but soooooo entertaining. Considering that it came out in 2009, it was Riverdale before Riverdale existed. In fact, I found out that most of the cast hates this show.

Gonna have to be honest, this video was pretty weak. Glee has many problematic and cringy moments that were not supossed to be either. However, most of these and the ones on the Honorable moments were done on purpose so the show and fans could either make fun of it and/or understand what was wrong with a character's action. We are supossed to be "Will what the hell" with the Toxic performance and his total non-understanding of hispanic culture; We are supossed to be "Rachel stop" with her crush on Will on Ballads. The show did it's job right in most of these, definitelly NOT a "hit all the wrong places" scenario for some.

When Tina proposed to Mike should have been here, it was so painful to watch

While I adored this show, looking back now... YEAH, it's pretty much the epitome of cringe. Highlights include Kurt's slow motion run, Sue forcing Kurt and Blaine into an elevator to encourage them to kiss, Finn outing Santana without her consent, "Jesse St James totally Jesse St sucks", and Blaine's entire "Bi" plot line in "Blame it on the Alcohol"! 🤦🏻‍♀️

white middle aged men aren't allowed to rap? Just because he's bad at it? Also it was a running joke through the entire show that Mr Schu couldn't rap but he used it to try to win over the kids and because he enjoyed it. Just because you're not good at something (or because OTHERS think you're not good at it) doesn't mean you shouldn't do it. I'm not a great singer but I sing along to all my favorite songs. I enjoyed watching him rap and dance. Questionable number One Ms Mojo.

In general Mr Shue whole character is a cringy mess

Okay I am totally shocked there is no mention of the one really bad thing that happened in Glee - Sugar Motta. "Oh I have a self-diagnosed Asperger syndrome, which means that I can pretty much say whatever I want." It gave a lot of bad rep for Asperger people out there. I myself found it repulsing to the core.

I liked Vanilla Ice Ice Baby. I was dancing to the song with them.

Thanks for pointing out what a problematic character Mr. Schue was on Glee! I enjoyed the talent of the actors/singers involved, but always thought Mr. Schue was an example of a minor talent taking advantage of a community that didn't know better, or perhaps didn't trust their own better instincts. And since there are tons of examples of teachers (in real life and on screen) who really do inspire and offer mind/life expanding lessons to their students, most of them aren't so full of themselves and realize that it's not about them, making this douche particularly grating in his entitled-ness during the show. And even worse, he never seemed to learn anything from his many cringe-worthy moments on the show. And BTW, part of the problem seems to be with the creative instincts of Ryan Murphy. Anyone see his recent Netflix produced shows - Hollywood, Boys in the Band? Murphy seems to be the king of tone deaf white men who think they are actually making the world a better place by excusing their own entitled ness and blindness because like, hey ... we meant well. Ugh!
