My biggest issue with the GT5 is that the 3 way switch isn’t a momentary switch so it’s very cumbersome to use for winching. If the Steering Dual Rate switch was configurable as a 3 way momentary switch it’d be perfect
@@BigSungHobbies yeah I guess with the thumb steer the foam won’t slip. I took an old redcat rubber steering grip and put it on mine and it don’t move at all but I like the thumb steer so I can have a free hand to record.
I'm having a problem with my FS-GT5 twitching left or right slightly indoors. When I go outside it turns full left and twitches quickly making it completely unusable... This is a brand new unit so I'm not sure what is wrong. Any help would be appreciated.
Few things to try. First, try rebinding and/or using a new receiver. Second, redo ESC calibration. Third, make sure that all settings should be as is especially make sure to turn off ABS function if you have that turned on. Hope you can find the issue.
I believe it does, and supposedly alarm goes off at 7.4V; however, I usually check the battery level and charge it up, so I have never ran into that issue.
I really wish i could find actual parts instead of files for printing, some people dont have 3d printers and never plan on getting them, I guess for us, we just dont get to have stuff
I was at the same boat just few months back, and I broke down and pick one up. Before then, I found a friend that printed few parts for me. Hope you can find a person that has a 3d printer near you.
Not working with those peramiters!! Tries to print the thumb part first and the teys print on air!! That's the settings from thingaverse!!! Not correct
@@1ubby Did you rotate them? It's been so long since I printed it out, I don't remember the exact setting, and it's possible that I used supports, but I always check the rotation of the object before printing.
